Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd

Hotel room is decent and clean. A little bit outdated but ok in general. They charged a deposit of 50 dollars, which was returned about a week later.

Good hotel for a short stay in a fabulous location, though the rooms are a tad dated and pricey parking.

It’s very odd that every and all guests MUST check in with the front desk and provide a drivers license or the guest will be asked to leave immediately!

Hotel informed me once I had already paid and traveled across the country with 2 puppies that they have a 1 pet policy. Nowhere during booking was that stated. Very frustrating. Had some family in town for the puppies to stay with so we made it work, but did not realize until we were in the room there was no microwave, fridge, coffee pot, anything you find in a typical hotel. We went out and bought a coffee pot and a cooler to get through. Prices seemed to be increased in the area the week we booked so room might typically be a little cheaper than what we paid, but we paid way too much for not even a cheap microwave to be in the room. I'll give 3 stars because the bed and sheets were pretty comfortable, less comfortable as you lay there and listen to the highway traffic through paper thin walls. Very disappointing experience overall.

No AC...no air ventilating at the restroom...horrible...been next to highway....toooo noisy and to top it off tooo expensive $209/night for such conditions...i will never ever go there again...even for free!

The housekeeping staff was extremely noisy in the halls right outside my room at 6:00 AM and woke us up. We kindly asked them to lower their voices and they did not listen. They kept on laughing, singing and talking exceedingly loudly.
