We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing
Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

I drove in from California, arriving at around midnight. At the time I made the reservation called to confirm late arrival was no problem. It was not. However, they put me in a room where the bedroom faced a large courtyard where at 7am there was some corporate breakfast gathering where someone on staff thought it a good idea to play loud music at 7am. I could not go back to sleep. By the time I unwound from my travel after checking in at midnight it was 2am. Five hours later I get awoken by loud music. I will not return.

Is huge property. i love how each building has its own little pool along with all the large resort pools. we stayed in sedona on ground level floor and could hear traffic from road and parking lot. otherwise was quiet. If I stayed again i’d definitely try to stay in one of the other buildings or higher floor. food and drinks are pricey.

such a great trip staying at this hotel. We just hung out by the pool every day and enjoyed the weather. room was nice with separate living room. Gym was large. Oasis pools were great and there were 3 other pools. Very pretty grounds.

Property beautiful
Our shower, phones, coffee pot were all broken in the 2dsys we were there but repaired quickly

I called ahead of time before booking to ensure the water park was fully operational with full hours open because I had two little girls with me and only one day to spend there. I spoke with the front desk and double checked, then booked online. As soon as we arrived at the hotel and went to the water park they told us there that the water park was closed for a private event. It was infuriating and unbelievably disappointing for my daughters and left us nothing to do and was the sole reason I booked that hotel.
