Health: Health services are doing well Service: It is unreasonable to charge half a day's room rate for check-in before 10 o'clock. Two bottles of mineral water are provided every day and can only be given around 4pm. The service awareness is indifferent and they only want to save costs and make money. Customer experience is really bad. I stayed for five consecutive days. In the afternoons of the first two days, I couldn't get in as soon as I swiped my room card and didn't enter it. Maybe because they were afraid that I would check out early, the front desk didn't tell me in advance. I have to make the guest angry, but the room card can be used normally for the next three days. I originally chose this hotel every time I went back, but the first time I stayed there after the new renovation, my experience was really bad. As the largest hotel in the county, we hope to be the face of the city and not be a hindrance."

"This hotel is located right inside the Niangziguan Scenic Area (you don't need to buy a ticket to stay here!). It's perfectly situated, right between the Niangziguan Great Wall and Guancheng Waterfall. Walking up the Niangziguan Great Wall, walking down the Niangziguan Ancient Trail and photo ops, the entrance faces the Guancheng Waterfall ticket gate. The room was clean and hygienic. The amenities weren't particularly good, but they were decent. The small farmhouse courtyard had a firm mattress, but the bathroom thoughtfully provided a disposable toilet seat, which was a big plus. Disposable toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.) were provided. There was air conditioning (useful in both cold and hot weather), and a water heater (hot water for showering, and it was scalding hot), though the water heating noise was a bit noisy at night."
