Villa Gini

Roberto is amazing. His home is amazing. The room and bathroom clean, nice smell and the AC is good for heating or cooling if neccesary. Very good location and amazing recommendations for restaurant and places to visit. Also the breakfast was above expectations, with local grocery and great Coffee and juices. Above all is Roberto!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gini. When I needed to book a second room the communication was really good. We arrived very early and had previously arranged to leave our bags. We were made to feel very welcome. Roberto and Evie were very friendly.

Nice old villa with clean but quite small accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff member. (Roberto) Adequate breakfast in pleasant breakfast room and little balcony but sometimes had to ask for obvious items, butter, milk which Roberto sorted. 10 minute walk from Pisa station and into town.

We had two great nights at the Villa Gini. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and full of great recommendations. The room was cool and spacious (we’re a family of four and shared a big room together), the breakfast delicious (my daughters loved the pancakes), and the location is ideal for the station, the airport and for exploring Pisa. The tower isn’t far, but Villa Gini is well away from the tourist crowds and the over priced cafes! We loved wandering around in the evening, having a drink by the river and eating locally. Thank you for looking after us - we would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

This is a family run B&B. Roberto greeted us and was SO welcoming. Very friendly and sat us down, offered us a drink and showed us a map of the area. The B&B itself was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very rustic and Italian, and feels like you’re doing Pisa in the right way by staying in such an authentic place. The room itself was clean and well prepared. They provided sachets of shampoo/shower gel - which was really useful! Breakfast was so cute the next day, and is that extra little something they didn’t have to do but made it more special. Evie was there to host us, and again was so kind and friendly! We then asked if we could leave our bags there for the day after check out as we visited Florence for the day. Evie was more than hospitable and agreed and even came back later in the day just to let us back in to retrieve them. I have honestly never felt so welcomed by people at an accommodation more in my life. I also never write reviews, so this is testament to how good the experience was! The B&B is in a great location for the train station and all the attractions. Some great food places near by too. We loved Pisa, but it was made so much better with how nice the hosts were. We were made to feel welcomed into the city. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and didn’t know what to expect with Pisa but was amazed by the architecture and the amazing local cafes and sites to see. The location of the bnb is perfect and is in great walking distance to everything, 2 minutes from the high street which has everything, 10 minutes to a busy night life with cheap cocktails and about 25 minutes to the tower but there are many scooters and bikes that cost €3 to ride and are lots of fun! As for the hosts you couldn’t get a better group of hosts, we met Roberto who was fantastic and kind and showed us a map of what to do and a lady who was very accommodating and was lovely as well as the cleaner (who came every single day!) and greeted us and was lovely. As well as that we arrived at 10am and was able to check in straight away and our flight was at 7 and was able to keep our luggage at the bnb for free until 4pm. The breakfast was above average and made the best egg toast I’ve ever tried as well as cute pancakes with syrup and strawberry’s on. The bnb is also right next to a beautiful park that is nice to sit in if it’s sunny. The room we stayed in included a bathroom and had a garden view which was beautiful with tall ceilings and was super clean and comfy bed, however the shared bathrooms from what I saw where very clean and modern. Over all the trip exceeded my expectations and I would visit Pisa again just to stay in that bnb as everything was perfect I have nothing to complain about, great location, great hosts, and clean room with a beautiful garden where you can eat your breakfast on the balcony. From the airport is a 30 min walk but only a €10 taxi which takes only 6 minutes so it’s absolutely perfect. The bnb would be perfect for couples, families and friends and I would recommend this bnb to anyone wanting to go to Pisa. Thank you for a wonderful time Villa Gini and I hope to visit soon! X

Oh my word, this place is beautiful. The welcome we received is probably one of the best welcomes ever, the owner gave us a bottle of cold beer and talked us through the delights of his city. He provided some really good tips and insight for us to quickly get to grips with this wonderful place. I cannot see how you would be disappointed with your stay at Villa Gini, it’s a great location, really comfy beds, very clean, a nice little breakfast too and great hosts. Beautiful Italian home.

Eccellente in tutto! Personale Disponibile, simpatico e gentile. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione con prodotti tipici, rigorosamente freschi. Come stare a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno presso Villa Gini a Pisa insieme al mio gruppo di amici e non posso che elogiare questa struttura sotto ogni aspetto. La villa è semplicemente adorabile. Sala colazione ampia con giardino, scala che porta al secondo piano dove si trovano tutte le stanze (che si guardano a vicenda) divise da un grande atrio. Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto e i bagni condivisi non hanno rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Vero punto di forza: il personale di Villa Gini. Roberto e Ivi hanno dimostrato grande professionalità e gentilezza sin dal nostro arrivo. Sono stati estremamente disponibili nel fornirci informazioni utili sulla città e sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze (abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la loro flessibilità nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze specifiche come gruppo). Secondo punto di forza: la colazione. Tutto fatto la mattina e fresco, con qualche trovata originale. Salato e dolce non mancavano in abbondanza. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gustare alcuni prodotti locali e ci è piaciuto molto l'attenzione ai dettagli nel servizio offerto. La posizione di Villa Gini è ideale per esplorare non solo Pisa, ma anche altre città toscane come Firenze e Lucca o semplicemente andare al mare, come ha fatto parte di noi in bus. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente Villa Gini a tutti coloro che desiderano trascorrere un soggiorno indimenticabile a Pisa. La bellezza della struttura, l'attenzione al dettaglio, il personale cortese e la posizione strategica rendono questa villa un vero gioiello. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci in futuro! Anzi ho già prenotato per l'anno prossimo :D
