Harika bir konum, Pirates top parkına çok yakın. Personel çok güzeldi ve otel temizdi. Güncellenmiş bir oteldir. Otopark günde 25 dolar, cadde otoparkının oyun günlerinde cadde otoparkının mevcut olmadığını belirten işaretler olduğu için onlarınkini kullanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Otel birçok yere yürüme mesafesindedir. Tek dezavantajı, bu oteli seçmem çünkü Pittsburgh çevresindeki şeyler için bir mekiği vardı ve mekik COVID'den emin değildi. Ama genel olarak harika bir deneyimdi.

Hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Only complaint is that it is right beside the highway, we could hear traffic all night. I wish the shower and the vanity was a little bigger.

In PGH for volleyball tourney at Convention Ctr. Although this hotel is across the river from that venue it is a very easy walk. Great location for Pirates’ games. Plenty of good restaurants also close by. Parking in surface lot next to hotel. Hotel itself is clean. Small but clean lobby and breakfast area. Price way lower than other properties this weekend. Great value…would stay here again.

Rooms were that well cleaned. Crumbs on the floor. Pepsi bottle lid under table. And a football player card was hanging up on the wall by the light. Did not feel like it was cleaned very well

Great location and nice hotel. Great value for our stay that was for an event at the convention center. Nice hotel.
I knocked one star off due to a persistent noise outside. Wasn’t super loud but noticeable at times.

We were a late arrival (11:40 pm). When they went to check us in the individual at the front desk realized their computer system was down so they wouldn’t be able to check us in nor provide us with our room since they weren’t able to see what room we were in. I was told the night manager was upstairs and she would be down shortly. When she finally came down, after making us wait for about 40 minutes, she never came over to speak with us about the situation. Eventually another individual showed up (from his home) who we assumed was the owner or general manager. He was able to get us into our room, but not after another 20 minutes had passed. While we can understand that stuff happens, no offer of any compensation for having to wait a full hour to be able to get into our room was ever made and we were both too tired and frustrated to ask at 12:40 am.

All though when I first arrived I found stains in the refrigerator the microwave plate was missing the top spread cover was dirty and the tub was not rinsed out properly but thanks to the house keeping manager and the help of the housekeeper (whom was very helpful by the way) was able to accommodate us with another room that was great hospitality ❤️
