What a lovely hotel. Set a walking distance from the Phewa Tal, the restaurants and shops it is ideally situated. The hotel offers commanding views of Fishtail Mountain and the Annapurna range. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and the beds are huge. The grounds of the hotel are just lovely, such a variety of plants growing. The hotel has a swimming pool but it was undergoing repairs during our visit. The food was very good and the attending staff happy and attentive. All the reception staff speak very good English (I’m not sure about any other languages) and I found that nothing was too much trouble for them. Assistance always given with the famous Nepali peoples smile. Loved the hotel and would stay there again.

There was no review of this hotel before Ctrip. As the first commentator, I chose this new hotel in the spirit of trying my luck. I have to say that the election is right! The hotel is perfect for location, facilities and service. Located at Zhonghu Lake, the hotel is 30 meters left and is the lakeside. Shops and restaurants are multi-polar. The famous moon dance restaurant is right next door. The beef there is highly recommended. Restaurants such as lemon tree, hungry eye are very close and can be walked. There is a supermarket at the intersection, it is very convenient to buy some urgent supplies. The breakfast of the hotel itself is very good. The rate booked by Ctrip originally did not include breakfast, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are fully equipped and new. Room service and front desk service are very intimate. In short, beyond expectations, perfect! Recommended recommendation!

We booked a paragliding, a vehicle to the attraction, and a bus ticket to Chitwan at the hotel. The price is reasonable and will not be very crowded. We live on the fourth floor and have a balcony. The air conditioner is very good. We can also wash clothes and dry clothes. The Zhongdao Hotel has 464 RMB for one night, and the price is more than twice as expensive. We lived in the middle of the first floor, no balcony, no clothes, only the bathroom, and finally blown dry by the hair dryer. Yes, the Zhongdao Hotel has a hair dryer. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Cherry Garden! The service is amazing. It’s clear that Madhab cares about ensuring that his guests are comfortable and happy with their stay. They helped me book taxis and a paragliding trip with good prices. The location is fantastic. Just a 5 minute walk from Lakeside, but tucked away on a quiet street so you can escape all the business of the Main Street when you want to. It was a perfect balance for me. The family that runs Cherry Garden is so friendly too. On a few of my free nights, rather than read a book as I normally do, I actually enjoyed just hanging out in the front office chatting with them. Really made me feel like home. I stayed in the dorm, which was great for my needs and budget. Clean and simple. Great for solo trekkers who are in between things on their journey. If you want a hotel stay that is simple, comfortable, clean, and affordable, I highly recommend Cherry Garden. They care about what they do and it shows! Also their dog is adorable.

Checked in febuary 9th checked out 10th.upon checking in Guru at fron desk was very pleasant.Checking out a different person was there who was not helpful as he told me that he could not log my membership points that I would have to do it myself and was argumentative.Also checking out there was No breakfast at ALL without any apologies and the coffee was warm.I waited and he finally showed up at the front desk as he looked like he was sleeping at 7:42am and said it would be another 15 minutes I could not wait and left without breakfast.They need to get another person like Guru .I also had a issue with this person checking in a week earlier and at that time also he was also arragent at that time as well. Very disappointing service.

But the lift is kept off due to less number of guests coming due to COVID. A La Cate breakfast is served in the morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in the morning. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. The room had tv , a/c , telephone, wardrobe, attached bathroom. Attached bathroom had a bathtub with hot and cold water coming. The hotel had a small garden type sitting area in the front. Outside the hotel there is open area for car parking.

I visited this hotel in 2018. It is a nice hotel, big and confortable rooms. Very good location near the lake and near a lot of restaurants and shops. We have an inconvenience staying here. One night at 3 am while sleeping, a man came into the room from the balcony and robbed some of our stuff. We made the police complaint. At first he is caught by the hotel camaras walking down the hallway of our floor. Then, he enters from outside (balcony). So PLEASE! Check that your windows and balcony door are closed. If the locks are damaged and do not close correctly as ours, I recommend you to ask for another room. It was not a first floor, and the man entered anyway. Without taking that into account, I recommend the hotel. Nice food and breakfast, spacious room, and very good location.

I stayed at this hotel after an unpleasant experience at another. Rajan at the front desk was extremely accommodating in preparing a room for me at very short notice. At a later time he kindly assisted me in booking an inwards flight. I returned again after trekking. On my two stays I had both mountain and lakeside rooms, both with incredible views. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens and hot shower, all close to Lakeside but setback enough so little road noise. I highly recommend staying here, the service is exceptional from all staff members, and the room was well appointed for Nepal standards at a reasonable cost.

The hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient. The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in. The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.

My brother and I spent two nights here and we have nothing but rave reviews. An excellent location close to the lake and all the amenities of shopping and dining etc. that you could want. The staff was exceedingly accommodating and bent over backwards to ensure that everything was to our liking. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions because of allergies and the food on site was absolutely delicious. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. The room was spacious and clean with no shortage of hot water. We were totally satisfied.

Fortunately, the scenery on the mountain is good. The food is okay. I took a taxi from the airport to the parking spot. The hotel staff picked me up to the hotel. The big suitcase was very heavy. It's hard work. The service was excellent! Not good English, please call the next hotel to pick you up! There is no order for breakfast. The chicken momo is delicious. The room is small but quiet and you can see the sunrise. If you have hot water, bring your own washing supplies, slippers, and the like.

This hotel must say a few more words. First, the hotel is almost on the top of the mountain, the scenery is very good, but the road up the mountain is very bumpy, it feels very dangerous, but it is very interesting. You can see the experience of the paraglider on the opposite side. Second, it is convenient. It takes about half an hour to get from the airport by car. You can make an appointment to pick up the car in advance by calling the phone in the store. The driver is very kind. He can also provide you with all the travel services in Pokhara, and the rental than you encounter. The price of the car is more affordable. Third, the attitude of the front desk and the waiter is superb, completely comfortable, and the people are very handsome. We can provide three meals a day, even if we come back at 10:30, we can still help us make nightingales. In short, very great! highly recommended!

The only sad thing about Bishnu home stay is after a 10 week sabbatical it has to come to a end ! I arrived the end of November 2023 and have a delicious dinner and breakfast all of those days ! Bishnu and Laxmi are both truly wonderful humans and have a genuine love for us clients ! I was spoilt with a huge array of ingredients that were new to me ! My top three veg curries were pea and potato and cauliflower and there eldest sons cabbage ! Saag should be nepals prime minister ! Without a doubt my favorite breakfast was the local buckwheat and millet pancake with tomato chutney ! There cannot do enough for you and give you all the help and the home is in a superb quiet village a short stroll from lakeside with its array of culinary and shopping attractions ! The family is so interesting to chat with ! Two young sons in education and a true credit to Mr B and the Banker ! Laxmi loves her nickname So come and stay and enjoy the Bishnu home stay experience 24/7 365 ! Tell them Gavin sent you

Just arrived in Pokhara for two days, the service is warm, the lake is beautiful, the food is not bad, and I also helped to change the money, although the exchange rate is not particularly high but understandable. The overall recommendation is incredible! !

Great room, big enough and clean. Large windows on both walls allow you to watch the sunrise in bed. The balcony has a good view. It is very close to the lake, and it is a hundred meters on foot. The hot water is a bit slow, and it has been left for a long time. Finally, the hot water that the staff helped me to dispense, we must cherish the hot water in Nepal. The staff is very welcoming and a great hotel!

The hotel lake star is located in number 13th street. Within proximity of Fewa Lake , Pokhara. The building of this hotel is 6 floors. There is a lift at the front of the building. But the lift is kept off due to less number of guests coming due to COVID. A La Cate breakfast is served in the morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in the morning. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. The room had tv , a/c , telephone, wardrobe, attached bathroom. Attached bathroom had a bathtub with hot and cold water coming. The hotel had a small garden type sitting area in the front. Outside the hotel there is open area for car parking.
