The room was comfortable but very loud. Not only from the indoor fountain but the outside road noise. The shower wouldn't drain properly. We booked a king bed suite and was given 2 full size beds. Wont be staying here again

The front desk clerk that checked us in was not attentive nor had any attention to detail. He was just going through the mouse clicks on his computer and assuming he was doing the right thing, even after questioning him. When I asked him the THIRD time to make sure the room wasn't already paid for through *******, he actually took the time to check…and of course I was right. Unfortunately, he already charged my credit card. Later the same night, I received the WORSE service in their restaurant. With barely any customers, it took me 40min to get the driest burger and the server was not attentive at all.
The saving grace was the young lady that assisted us at check out, she demonstrated what front desk customer service should be. And I’m disappointed that I didn’t write her name down because she redeemed what would have otherwise been a two star rating.

With the icy conditions there was no effort at all to put ice melt down in the lot. It was solid ice. Many people fell.

There was a winter storm going on and the manager was making sure people were being fed and comfortable.
However, the evening staff for the reception in the lobby was not so accommodating. The bar tender was down right rude and impatient. There was minimal staff due to the weather. All
the rest of the staff was friendly except the evening reception bar tender .

Great place to stay for an overnight with early morning flight. Great staff. They were understaffed due to weather issues but took great care of us.

Service in the restaurant was awful. Steak was warm but potatoes and grilled tomato was stone cold!

Every thing was really alright. We think the bed was not made properly. The bottom sheet was correct, but then was the blanket and a top sheet on top of that. I have never slept with the blanket next to me. Just wanted you to be aware.

We’ve stayed here many yrs ago and enjoy the managers reception a great way to meet people that are also traveling. Ease of proximity to Pdx is also a key factor with shuttle service. Front reception very friendly with check in. Thank you

Recently stayed and overall was pleased with our stay. There were renovations going on which led to some areas in the promenade to be closed off, but didnt really bother us. The restaurant was amazing and has to be the biggest draw to return. The rooms were clean and comfortable so we were able to get the rest we needed.
