まずホテルの周りにコンビニのようなお店は見当たりません。お部屋には便利なキッチンがあるのでお買い物してから来るのがいいと思います。
ダウンタウン中心部までは距離があり、路面電車で移動しました。
こちらのホテルの駐車場は1日49ドルのバレーパーキングのみです。
バレーパーキングが嫌な人は、ホテルの周りの路上駐車スペースは夜7時から翌朝8時までは無料で停められます。(以降1時間3ドル)
もしくは向かい側の公共駐車場は1泊25ドルです。(出し入れ不可)
部屋の掃除は1日前までに言えばやってもらえるそうですが私たちは2泊だったのでタオルだけ追加でもらいました。
簡易キッチンのおかげで好きなものをお部屋で食べることができました。
観光でポートランドに来ましたが、ダウンタウンはホームレスが多く、明るいのに夜7時にはほとんどのお店が閉まっている感じで、とても治安がいいとは思えなかったです。
それなのでまた来るかどうかはわかりませんが、ポートランドに来る機会がある人にはおすすめしたいホテルの一つです。

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. “Parking Available” is $45 for valet parking or you can park your car on the street if you can find a spot. When we got to our room the blinds were pulled down and we didn’t see the tiny window in the top right corner was open. We kept getting woke up because of street noise and cigarette smoke all night and found the open window when we opened the blinds in the morning. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Coming back to Portland in April and will be staying somewhere else.

This Hotel is great. My only issue was that the dishwasher was full of dishes that looked like they had been dirty for a long time

We loved that there is a pool, that the valet parks the car out of the weather, the staff is very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay in PDX at the Hyatt House on S. River. They were professional, friendly and accommodating. We were able to add a day to our stay without any issues, keeping our same room. The entire staff was super nice and though the valet parking was higher than other places in PDX, it sure beat looking for overnight or daytime parking.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We booked this hotel because it was “ pet-friendly” . It was not, we were asked to leave the breakfast area, but there was other with their pets there as well. We were unable to use the sofa bed due to or having trash wrappers, seems like it hadn’t been cleaned .

Food amazing, staff loud talking in hallway while cleaning other rooms was hard to sleep, front counter folks amazing, didn’t make repair when asked,, water pressure amazing, workout room amazing,.
