We had a great Time at the Hotel. Everything what we needed was taken care of. And especially the staff at the Restaurant waterfall was very friendly. The adult’s pool was perfect for us and quiet. Also was the sea close by. We had a standard Room with Seaview. The Room service cleans the rooms every day and was therefore clean. We also tried the massage. And it was so relaxing. We had with the Spa together a wonderful experience. Overall, we will come back as soon as we can. Greetings from Armin and Sarah

My husband and I recently returned from a 10 night stay at this beautiful hotel. Like so many others have already said, we don’t normally return to the same place but I will definitely make an exception and will return here. We’ve stayed in some lovely hotels over the years, but this is one of the nicest due to the staff and the way in which they run the hotel. Where to start…the staff are amazing in every department and keep the hotel running like clockwork. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and they will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. The service here is exceptional! When we arrived we had booked a sea view room but were allocated room 2008 which has a sea view but also has the bar area in its immediate viewpoint. Glykeria quickly sorted this out for us and was able to move us to a room with unobstructed views on the same floor (room 2021) and what a view it was!! I would highly recommend paying the extra. Glykeria has been described as an angel in a previous review and she is! You can tell that she genuinely cares about ensuring that guests have the best experience and is excellent at her job! There were so many other exceptional staff to mention and I’m sorry I can’t name them all but Pieter on reception (sorry if I have spelled your name incorrectly) was incredibly helpful in sorting a late check out room for us. Vera and the other young lady that works in reception were great. Durga, Maya, Subreena, Parminder were also so friendly and helpful in the restaurants and provided exceptional service. Always a smile on their faces and they all work so hard in making your holiday such a wonderful experience. The food is amazing, very fresh, high quality and a good range. We only stayed B&B this time but we ate in the pool bar and also in the main restaurant for dinner on a few occasions and the meals were delicious every time! The chefs work hard to ensure that high standards are maintained and the food area is immaculately presented. I would definitely go half board next time. There are many other lovely places to eat in Protaras - we had lovely meals at Elias (we had to get a taxi there but it was definitely worth it!), Nubila, Molti and Folio. If you’re after a good curry then I would recommend Ganga Balti. Teejays is a brilliant bar, exceptional value, wonderful staff and we ate lunch in there a few days, as their jacket potatoes are delicious!! There’s Mr Cod if you fancy fish and chips - good value and really tasty. There are some activities available at the hotel and at the sister hotel next door (as well as a well equipped gym which my husband used). However, there are no noisy pool games or loud music. The hotel has a very chilled vibe, so if you’re looking for a luxury, relaxing break then this is the place for you. The rooms are lovely and are immaculately kept. In fact, the same can be said of all areas of the hotel. All housekeeping staff work exceptionally hard to keep everything spot

My son and I stayed here for a week during the May half term and it did not disappoint. The hotel is spotlessly clean, all staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Food was amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. The allocation of sun beds is a genius idea, and totally made the holiday. Pools were fab and a great temperature for the time of year. Daily towels are provided for the pool and beach so you don’t need any beach towels. We stayed bed and breakfast and maybe next time we would opt for the full board as we ate within the five restaurants owned by the hotel on the main ***** - no more that a few minutes walk from the hotel. Everything about this stay was first class and we will 100% return next year. A huge thank you to everyone who makes this hotel so wonderful.

My Husband and I stayed at Sunrise Pearl for 2weeks. It was outstanding. Allocated sunbeds were a game changer. First time we’ve ever had this pleasure. The staff were all amazing. Big shout for Mirella at the swim up bar. This young lady never stopped. Always a great welcome from her and always happy. Also Amreta,Durga,Sanreene and Parminda. Also Maya. The pool was great. We lay at the adults only pool. Attention to detail in this hotel was second to none. Looking them all next year.

Second time we have been to this hotel and again consistently fabulous. Really friendly hard working staff from gardeners, pool man, cleaners, waiters, reception and spa they all give a brilliant service, make you feel welcome and keep the place spotless. We stayed in duplex room with a jacuzzi which was lovely and we booked a couples massage at the spa which was fantastic - the two ladies made us both feel relaxed and was the best massage i have had. We have already booked for next year.

This’s hotel is amazing. It’s so clean everywhere. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is so comfortable. The sunbeds are well maintained and as comfortable as sunbeds can be. The staff are very accommodating and really look after your every need, nothing is too much trouble. It operates a dine out policy from a selection of local eateries with a selection of cuisines, including Asian and Italian. As well as eating in the buffet dining room where the selection of quality food is extensive. There are so many great staff too many to mention them all from the cleaning staff to the guys in the spa. A special mention to Maya in the dining room. We had a body scrub and massage which was the best we have had.

We stayed at this hotel late May into early June. This was our first holiday for a number of years and we literally couldn’t fault anything. We totally echo most of the comments on here. The staff were all friendly & helpful, hotel was impeccably clean and food was great. It was our 30th wedding anniversary whilst we were away & it was lovely to receive a bottle of champagne. We had a sea view room on the reception level which was perfect. We loved it so much we’ve booked again to visit next year!

Lovely hotel set on beautiful sandy beach with clear waters. Second time at this hotel and we are pleased that we returned. The addition of the revamped gym overlooking the pool and the new bar were welcomed. Staff are so friendly and the low turnover means we recognised and were greetd by lots of familar smiling faces.
