"We arrived as a couple & with friends on 31st august at 12.50am. We was met in reception by a lovely man who gave us our room key & sorted our air con for us. We had room 210 which was a superior one bedroom room, the rooms were very modern & lovely. But We did have a couple of gripes which were we had no smart telly there was a remote control for one but no telly on the wall, in the description every superior room should have one. Now we dont go on holiday to just sit in the room & watch telly but we like to put telly on for music while we get ready togo out or if we have a relaxed night in & the fact that we had paid for this room type. The hotel need to be replacing the television so please be aware if you get offered this room. (I did complain to reception about this) Also the balcony view in room 210 is just of the garden (side view) so if you like a really good view this room isnt for you. We did get an offer to change our room on the 2nd day but we had unpacked by this time, if it had been on the 1st morning when I asked before we had unpacked we would of moved. Bathroom was a nice walk in shower no hairdryers which i knew before hand so took my own although u can hire these out from reception, no hand soap either. Pool area is lovely could not fault it & the sunbeds the comfiest we have ever had, but be prepared to get up early to get a sunbed,having to get up between 6 & 7am is ridiculous! Cjs pool bar..food lovely & the sunday dinner was yummy highly recommend, all the staff 10/10 special mention too T an absolute gem 💎 especially putting up with my husband & my friends when they were a little intoxicated haha a fab sense of humour. The Pool bar posh jayne with a y makes the loveliest chocolate milkshakes & pina coladas a lovely lady. Entertainment at this hotel was good & in the daytime round the pool. Location 5 mins from strip. We will be back to protaras!"

"We have just returned home from this wonderful hotel We arrived and was told our room and we had sea view was a fab view Room was lovely and clean plenty of storage space and a fridge bed was very comfortable Cleaners are so friendly and will always speak Pool bar was fab haris and his team are great and treat you with respect and are friendly nothing was to much trouble Pool is good and we didn’t have any sunbed wars which was great Breakfast was good always something to have and food was hot My only problem was the shower over bath I have no feeling in arm and hand so made it hard for me to get in and out but my hubby helped me I didn’t want to make a fuss but a walk in shower 🚿 would’ve been better maybe i should’ve asked to move Staff at mandali take pride in the work ensuring all guest are welcome and are looked after I can’t praise this hotel enough and we shall definitely be returning Fab location Thank you Mel & Ed"

Hayatımda ilk kez bir yemeği denediğimde tükürüyorum. 4 yıldızlı bir otel için neden odada temel ihtiyaçlar yok? (diş macunu, diş fırçası, şampuan, hatta 1 şişe su) Ne kadara mal oluyorlar? Sizce ne kadar kaybedeceksiniz? Başka bir yerde, müşterilerin memnuniyetinde kazanacaksınız. Bu yorum için üzgünüm ama gerçek bu. Olumlu olan şey, resepsiyondakilerin ve temizlikçilerin iyi olması. "Son zamanlarda Tsokkos plaj otelinde her şey dahil 3 gün geçirdim Oda her gün temizlendi ve yatak rahattı. Havuz güzel ve büyüktü ama yazın ortasında çok kalabalık olabileceğini tahmin edebiliyorum. Yemekler mükemmeldi, lezzetli ve bol seçenekli yemeklerden hoş bir şekilde şaşırdık ve etkilendik. Yerli içecekler bira/içkiler de iyiydi, alkolsüz içecekler de öyle. Havuzun etrafındaki eğlence yaklaşık yarım saat süren su aerobiğiydi, müzik buna denirse dinlemek acı vericiydi, ses çok açıktı ve buna gerek yoktu. Baş sallama çılgınlığıydı, gerçekten korkunçtu, bunu atlatmak için bir dayanıklılık testi gibi hissettim. Lütfen bu aktiviteleri yaparken yıl boyunca değiştiği için hedef kitlenize hitap edin ve katılmak istemeyen ve rahatlamak için gelen misafirlere saygı gösterin. Bazı personel gerçekten çok iyiydi, diğerleri özellikle omlet yapan 2 bayan gülümseyemedi bile."

The hotel's location is simply perfect, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Protaras and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the promenade. "Genel olarak konaklamamız çok güzeldi. İki kez kaldık, önümüzdeki aylarda ve yıllarda tekrar gelmeyi umuyoruz. Geçen yıldan bazı tanıdık yüzler gördük, çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakın resepsiyonist vardı, sanırım Fotini'ydi. Restoran da çok güzel, personel ilgili, yenileme çalışmaları harika yapılmış. Spor salonu da iyi, yüzme havuzu da öyle."

En yakın plaja götürebilecek bir servis aracı var ama maalesef kaldığım süre boyunca hizmet dışıydı - biraz daha uzakta olan Konnos ve Fig Tree plajlarını tavsiye ederim. Spa hizmetleri (örneğin masaj, peeling ve nemlendirme vb.) çok yetersizdi ve fiyatına değmezdi. Banyoda duş duvarında önceki misafirin saç telleri ve fayans aralarında küf vardı - resepsiyona yapılan bir aramadan sonra "temizlemek" için bir kişi gönderildi. Öte yandan, kahvaltı harika ve fiyata dahildi. Havuz güzeldi ve hemen yanında içecekler ve hızlı atıştırmalıklar (örneğin salatalar, kulüp sandviçleri, dürüm vb.) sunan bir bar vardı. Otopark da erişilebilir ve kolaydı. Genel olarak, konaklama iyiydi ancak tesisin temizlik ve spa hizmetlerine gerçekten odaklanması gerekiyor."
