nice hotel and staff, everything worked great. very functional wi-fi. gluten-free beer available at no extra charge (all inclusive). the beach is also 500m away, there is also a super market 200m away. Lidl can also be found further away..

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and beautifully furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which led to rest ful sleep. The doors to the balcony blocked out the noise to the bars and restaurants on the front. The food was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. Great holiday, planning to come back next year

Really friendly and help full staff, nice clean room, very comfortable bed. Nice pool and pool bar area. the restaurants are large with plenty of choice of options for all tastes the hotel is located on the ***** excellent location for the nightlife and just a short walk to a beautiful beach would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning next year.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Vangelis Hotel and can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay the staff were so pleasant. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they put a nice surprise in our room for my birthday which was a special touch. We had a suite which was large and modern with a balcony overlooking the main pool and partial sea view. The food for an all-inclusive buffet was the best I’ve ever had. So much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the themes for dinner changed every evening. The drinks selection is great on the all inclusive too, most cocktails included and they were fab. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything with restaurants and bars on your doorstep, and only 5 minutes to the beach. Would recommend walking the extra 10 minutes down the road to Fig Tree Bay as this beach is just beautiful. This was our first visit to Protaras and we will definitely be returning, we would 100% recommend the Vangelis to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel 9th July for 2 weeks. In all honesty I cannot find fault. I have worked in the industry as a travel agent and now as a teacher and I know the importance of genuine reviews and good customer service this hotel is utterly fabulous and met all our expectations and beyond and believe me when choosing a holiday we are extremely picky! The food was fabulous, I have stayed in some good high end AI hotels in the Caribbean and this was up there. Lots of choice, fresh and cooked well. Normally when we go on an all inclusive holiday we get tired of the same repetitive food and often dine out some evenings. This did not happen here, we enjoyed every breakfast, lunch and evening meal. If you do go all inclusive as we did, we were given a voucher for the a la carte restaurant, this was fabulous I was a little apprehensive as we have a 5 year old and I was worried she would not be accommodated but I couldn’t be more wrong. Yes it was chicken nuggets and chips for her but it allowed us to have a really nice meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. The sun bed situation I have to say became a problem towards the end of our holiday when the English schools broke up! Prior to that no matter what time of day you could get a sun lounger no problem and there was 4 of us. Roll on the influx of English holidaymakers and you struggled with lots of sun beds taken before 7am. When we return (and we will) we will definitely avoid the school holidays! The staff at the hotel are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Customer service from check in to check out was superb. A special mention to Paraskevi and the gentleman who worked behind the pool bar (sorry I did not get his name). The worked some serious hours, they would put a shift in around the pool dealing with some rude holidaymakers (it doesn’t hurt to say please and thank you) and still have time to smile and then turn up for a shift in the lobby bar. Also Manzar in the restaurant, always made our little girl feel like a little lady. Entertainment was ok, animation team worked tirelessly around pool during the day and again on evening. Our son enjoyed the activities around the pool during the day on an evening some nights we struggled to get a seat in the main entertainment area, however it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday. We did catch the main shows at least once during our stay and some nights we chose to go out a few evenings after our meal. I would recommend an early sitting at least once during your stay to allow you to catch the sun setting on the board walk - it was beautiful and capped our holiday off and the end of our stay. We did not try the adults only pool as we had two children with us however we looked longingly! We will be back and looking at the other options on offer in the resort and UK tour operator holiday prices I don’t think you can go wrong choosing this hotel. We went for a Two nights bed and breakfast. Can't fault this hotel, a unique and unforgettable stay. The bed is huge and very comfortable, room extremely clean, the pool area is very nice, a huge plus only adults pool, helpful and hospitable staff. Restaurant with the usual plenty of choice breakfast. In the centre of beautiful Protaras and only 1 minute walk to the most crystal sandy beach of Cyprus. All round, an excellent Two day stay.

Everything was great, the staff was nice, treated us with respect, called us ma'am, sir and miss, loved all the activities and the animation team. And the Drinks were so good. The pool was nice and the beds were soft

We loved staying at the Vangelis Hotel whilst on our family holiday over half term in May. The family room was clean and spacious. As our room was located near the high street, it did get noisy at night times with music, partying etc. from below, however we were spoilt with beautiful sea views during the day which made it worth it. The staff all super friendly and willing to assist. Huge variety at breakfast, lunch, dinner which was nice. Situated a stone throw from the beach too which was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Our experience was second to none from start to finish. On arrival we were late we found pre packed food in fridge with water and fruit and cake. Staff on arrival were welcoming room was spotless couldn't fault it. Restaurant was spot on staff couldn't do enough for you it was clean and a variety of food choice daily. A massive plus for us was no sunbed queuing it made our stay all the more enjoyable. Thankyou vangelis an amazing staying would totally recommend 👌
