si l'acceuil est en principe bien la distribution des chambres ne l'est pas pour autant on etait deux et on a recu une chambre de trois sous pretexte qu'il ne restait qu'une chambre on la prend resultat qu'il y avait pas de lumiere serait elle en supplement?71 euros pour une chambre de trois alors qu'on est deux c'est faire du marketing en cachette en fait il n'y avait pas d'electricite en principe ce n'est que lorsque il faisait noir qon l'utilisait resultat il fallait utiliser la lampe du telephone ,J'ai lhabitude de voyaget et c'est lz premiere fois que je rencontre ce type d'incident si vous n'avez pas reserver il n'est pas conseiller vous risquez d'avoir une surprise

As part of our recent holiday in Spain we spent one night in the Parador in Vielha. The impression was that it is more a winter holiday hotel – for the skiing, and we were there in September, so it was probably quieter than during the peak periods, but all facilities were available. The hotel is situated about 1km outside the town, in the middle of a hairpin bend on the road to Lleida. Others have commented about noise from trucks using the road, but we were unaware of any, and we slept well. Views from the hotel are amazing. The room was a good size (we had a junior suite), well equipped with tea-making equipment, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and again well stocked with toiletries. We ate in the restaurant, there are no other possibilities to wall to, although probably a walk into town would not have been a problem, but the steep hill back certainly would have been, not to mention dangerous. The food was good, well served and not too expensive. In fact, in line with most Paradors, it is the staff that were one of the best features and this was certainly the case here, without exception they were polite, helpful and friendly, which contributed to the excellent stay we experienced. Downsides? Probably only one small point. Although there is an outside pool, it is not heated, but the hotel does have a small heated indoor pool for which they charge 24€. A bit over the top!

I really liked this hotel. I liked our room, it had everything that we needed, including a really great bathroom. I thought the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and I have very few complaints. My husband on the other hand would complain about the lack of air conditioning. He found it got far too hot during the night, and he had a hard time sleeping. My only complaint, is that the pool was very, very cold, despite the hot weather. They would benefit from putting a solar blanket on the pool at night or some thing. Also, I found the bar and restaurant staff not rude exactly but not super great either. The Front desk staff were fabulous. They told us how to reach the hiking trails and gave us lots of great suggestions.

What a beautiful hotel and such a great location! This Parador is modern in comparison to many, and of course, while it's fun to stay in a castle, it's also fun to be right downtown in a beautiful Parador. The bedrooms are very large- and the main hall and the dining room are stunning. Don't miss the art in the restaurant! You're within walking distance of so many of Lleida's tourist attractions - just a 10-minute walk up the hill to the Cathedral and Castle, and maybe 3 minutes down to the main shopping/pedestrian walkway and the river. Paid garage parking exclusive to the hotel is just next door.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en el hotel. Pero probablemente sea la última. Contraté habitacion familiar 4pax con media pensión, con lo que la cena al llegar estaba incluida. Viajamos para esquiar 3 días, desde Madrid, casi 600km del tirón, 7 horas de viaje, dos niños pequeños. Pasadas las 19h llamo al hotel para avisar que nuestra llegada será aproximadamente a las 22:30h. Me informan que el comedor cerrará a las 22:00h. Les pido, sobre todo por los niños, que nos aparten algo de comida de la cena a la que no llegaríamos, aunque sea unos bocadillos para comer en la habitación, y la respuesta es NO. No pueden hacer nada.... No les pedí que nos atendiesen en comedor, ni que preparasen nada (pedía lo que sobrase), ni que hubiese alguien pendiente, nada... En un hotel de 4⭐ te esperas un mínimo de atención y confort. Pero que sea preferible tirar lo que sobra de la cena buffet a la basura en vez de envolver en papel aluminio algo para que una familia pueda cenar después de un viaje tan largo, no lo puedo entender. El hotel sigue manteniéndose viejo y desfasado como indican otros comentarios, aunque intentan introducir alguna mejora como los ascensores que acaban de renovar (en los anteriores daba miedo mont****). La habitación ””familiar”” es una habitación standar en la que han metido con calzador otra cama doble, con lo que 4 personas no es posible estar en la habitación si no es tumbadas. No pueden estar a la vez de pie. El agua de la ducha pasa de caliente a fría de forma inesperada. Típico de hoteles con instalaciones no modernizadas. Aspectos positivos: Los colchones que tuvimos eran nuevos. La ropa de cama y toallas de baño nuevas y de calidad. La piscina climatizada ya es climatizada. Otros años tras el esquí no se podía estar en ella del frío. Está vez se agradecía la temperatura más elevada. Han arreglado el contorno de la piscina. El buffet desayuno muy variado. A destacar la piña y los quesos. Los zumos horribles hiperazucarados. El buffet cena aprobado sin más. El personal de sala muy atento y profesional. Pero sobre todo rápidos a la hora de retirar mesas, y reponer bandejas. Recepción también amables y atentos. Una pena que la dirección del hotel no sea capaz de tener detalles tan fáciles de implementar como el primer punto de mi comentario.

Estuve alojado en este establecimiento desde el día 26/03/2022 al 2/4/22, con mi muje. Mi malestar y descontento por varios puntos. El primero es q tuve un accidente de ski, necesitando ingreso hospitalario y ya no volví por su hotel, el trato dispensado a mi mujer fue, aséptico y poco empatico, el sábado día del check out, ni se le ofreció un mínimo de ayuda con el equipaje, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climatológicas y la cantidad de equipaje q teníamos. Además el lunes anterior en el desayuno, pusieron las sobras del domingo, no había platos calientes, la piscina cerrada, tuve q llamar a los teléfonos de ”emergencia” y la abrieron a las 18:30, el domingo también cerrada. El martes ya mejoro el desayuno aunq no había leche entera (la normal) ahí el chico me hizo unos huevos revueltos con bacon... Ese mismo martes, no había nadie en la recepción del hotel en horario de 16:00 a 19:00. Por no hablar del bikini de mi mujer y de mi bañador, q se han estropeado por los productos desu piscina, han quedado completamente descoloridos. En todo momento el trato por su personal ha sido correcto aunque muy poco empatico (cuando estaba presente)... Si necesitan cualquier aclaración pueden llamarme. Desde luego que ha sido una decepción después de haber visto su ”valoración” en diversas plataformas. Saludos cordiales. La respuesta del hotel a mi queja has sido la siguiente: Estimado Sr. ...
