Beautiful hotel with old Italy touch! Standard room is quite big! We came here for 4 nights to play golf. I would say the hotel stay with golf package is very good price (if 2 persons stay for example for 4 nights, you can play together 18-hole also 4 times). Good breakfast (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, different hams, cheeses, salads, cakes, fresh orange juice, very good fresh coffe is served at a table etc). Staff in hotel and golf club is very helpful and kind! Food at the golf club was very delicious! We did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, but we did drinks and we got super service (chef sent us complimentary warm snacks). I had “do not disturb” sign on and every evening we were left big bag of fresh towels and toilettries behind our door!

This hotel has many problems. No special welcome as HHONORS Diamond Member. Don't take a shower in this hotel! The shower in the bathroom of our room was wrongly installed resulting in water flooding in our room and myself nearly been locked in the shower due to the shower door not moving properly. The toilet was not flushing properly either (resulting in a lot of noise). The reception seemed well aware of this problem which seems to exist since a long time (see other tripadvisor reviews). It is therefore utterly shocking that the Hotel checks in Diamond Elite members into a hotel room with a dysfunctional bathroom. We did get zero compensation for having been sold a room not in line with Hilton Standards (after complaining they brought some extra towels to put on the wet floor). The extra bed for our daughter had only a very tin matrass. The reception staff told us that they had not other extra beds. After lengthy discussions and complaining, a guy came to our room who was more helpful than the reception staff and found a normal matrass/roll away bed for our daugther (so clearly the reception staff had been lying to us about no other extra beds being available...). Some of the the common areas of the hotel are also in need for cleaning and have small dysfunctionalities like sockets wrongly (sideway) installed (see picture!) which is not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was good but it could not compensate for the substandard room we did receive which was clearly not in line with Hilton Standards and not a way to treat Diamond Elite Members. The least the hotel could do is to provide us a compensation for the substandard room they sold us (which they have refused so far)

Cosa ci é piaciuto: Posizione vicina all'autostrada, ma comunque tranquilla e immersa nel verde; inoltre anche molto vicina all'Outlet Noventa, comodo per una pausa snack, giochi di bambini o per un qualche regalo o acquisto. La struttura é molto pulita e rilassante, non c'é calca e c'é tranquillità e bere un prosecco in giardino con il bimbo che corre in giro per i campi senza dover aver paura di strade o auto é davvero bello. Buona la colazione con ordinazione anche la sera prima di cose ”speciali” (omelette, uova, ecc.) ed il ristorante ha davvero un'ottima scelta di pasta, pesce e carne, ce n'é per tutti i gusti. Gentili e bravi i camerieri del ristorante, grazie della bella esperienza. Cosa non è piaciuto: Peccato che non sia stata integrata una piscina che farebbe dell'hotel ancora un posto più attraente, anche se sapevamo che non c'era, una volta sul posto sarebbe stato molto bello averne una con i 35°C che c'erano. Forse manca un po' quello spirito d'accoglienza che in altri posti é più sentito (v. Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), dove ti senti davvero il benvenuto nella struttura e ”coccolato”, anche se é vero che stavamo solo una notte, ma un po' più di servizio (al di fuori del ristorante dove son stati tutti bravi e gentili) ed accoglienza non farebbero male e renderebbero l'esperienza da buona ad ottima.

First, an inexorable sequence of architectural barriers. I've been a pretty building but now declining. It misses the lift. The bathroom, see photos of another TripAdvisor review, is a nightmare. Ergonomic measures not complied with, toilet box losing, water rubin washing losing, noise among many that accompany all night. Noise of all kinds during rest hours: bathroom discharges, people on the stairs, people in other rooms: you can hear everything. Small room, obsolete furniture, covered and additional coats left on the bottom of the box; I would not even advise you to touch them, there is a dust cloud. This, as it is read in other TripAdvisor reviews, accompanied by maltraining and insolence, was accused of stealing a fantomatic key of a safe, a key and a safe that I have never seen. And then to know that the second key that other rooms have never been attached to that key. If you find no more, continue to look elsewhere; rather than this hotel, the next time, I would sleep in a car in winter or on a summer chair Every other solution, for me, is always better than this

Next day i check if my booking is ok with hotel and i have telephone conformation that my room is booked. Hotel must improve booking system. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is frendly. If you travel with car hotel offer huge parking and of course park garage (5 euro/day). On every floor you can find vending machine with snack and cold drinks. Room and Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of different food. Because of Covid no more self service. You choose what you wish and waiter give to you on plate. This is Covid rules.

Good day, I don't write reviews very often, but I can't forgive myself here and I have to write a review for this hotel. If you can avoid this hotel, I have lost money from my hotel room from my wallet. The only time I didn't have my wallet with me was breakfast, so during breakfast someone came into our room and took my girlfriend's wallet from my wallet. When I told the hotel, the arrogant receptionist was not helpful at all and acted as if I had made up the whole thing. I really don't need to invent, but the approach of the hotel after that was very unprofessional .... Of course, the police didn't solve anything and the hotel only wrote back to me after two emails that none of their staff would allow it !!! If you can avoid this place !!! Read other reviews, this is not the first time you have been to this hotel. Very bad place to sleep !!!!

The hotel is very clean and spacious, the location is quiet and pleasant. I was with the whole family at a sporting event and the sports palace (Palacio Cicogna) is reachable walking away. The hotel is excellent, family-run. Buffalo breakfast is mostly sweet, and I finally found myself very good and I will certainly come back.

The hotel is simple and clean, but the true strength is the bistrot. I was traveling for work and here perhaps for the first time I felt like home, always welcomed with a smile, with a gentle word and a lot of shortnesses. I really congratulate the girls who manage it because, in addition to always offering fresh products, the real difference makes them. Continue! Brave!

If you want to sleep in the room with bugs; mold in the bathroom, shower cabine not being able to close & consequently so small that you can not take a shower, toiletries& vanity sets not at all present, slipers of cours you do not have; where there is no space to put legs between toilet and sink; where you are going to pay breakfast but staff is going to tell you that you did not pay it; where the sheets are with holes, blanked is pree WWII dirty, towels 10+years of use greyish colur; where recept.manager is going to shout at you and finally where Genaral manager does not exist, then this hotel is perfect for you. About stuff better not to talk, receptionist that we waited for 10min upon arrival, then she arrived with unprofessional look, untidy, patches all over the face, hair not washed 10 days probably, everything on her screemed that need ironing at least, washing preferably - just like you were surprised being sleepeing when you should not or something else. Photos attached, so you can see at your own. However, if you do not want none of this and ask just for what you paid (4* hotel- for us it is clear what we expect, double room with breakfast) then you may be humiliated at the reception that they can do with your reservation what they want, that everything what they offered to you is good enough, they will not upgrade you ( eventhough you did not ask upgrade, just what you paid), since you paid so miserable rate. BTW rate was offered by hotel on well-known reservation site, and the only problem we had at that long trip (23days) using same site was this hotel. Apart from everything above they refused to give us invoice for our stay, so we will make complaint to Financial police in Italy, since obviously they are not reporting guests and paying taxes as they should. As being extensive traveleres for 40+ years, without a doubt this is the worst hotel we evere saw. And finally, if you decide to place official complain to hotels manager don't worry, you'll never get any kind of response. Awful and shameless, for us never again. Just one thing to add, do not be fuled with photos, ”villa” does exist but normal room are not even close to 4* hotel, I have been to 1* hotel long time ago being much better than this one!

We’ve been placed in this hotel by the airline company since our flight was cancelled. They booked us for one night even though our next flight was in four days. The hotel staff, mainly Bledar, was exceptionally helpful and managed to work out with the airline to book us a stay untill the flight day!!! He was so wonderful and helpful! Hotel was great as well, no complaints!

The hotel is in a very good location, elegant and clean. The staff is very friendly and careful to meet the customer's needs. The service is also excellent, breakfast buffet is very rich. I suggest you enjoy the first breakfast in the winter garden, because it is a really perfect place to start the day at the best.
