The hotel is very old , it is definetly a budget hotel, we had a internal room , no balcony and one small window that you couldn't open because the extractor fan outlet from the hotel kitchen was directly opposite the window and the smell was disgusting . The heat in this room was horrendous leading to our 2 night stay of no sleep . My daughter's room was much better she had a lovely balcony and hers had been refurbished however they had cockroaches in there room and every morning woke up with drilling outside there room . All in all we wouldn't go back . It's a shame location wise 1010

This is a budget hotel - great for the very little price paid. The two ladies on Reception were both lovely. Fresh clean rooftop pool with amazing views & drinks bar. Breakfast was quite poor but we didn’t even know we had it included for the small price paid so not complaining.

24h Rezeption, Roof Top Pool, Fahrstuhl, öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus, viele Gratisparkplätze in der Nähe (3 Minuten) DZ mit Aussicht: 30qm, Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne, Fön, Zimmer mit kleiner Schrank-Küche, Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Filterkaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle Flachbild TV mit deutschen Programmen, sehr gute Matratze, extra Kissen, extra Decken, grosser Schrank, neu verglaste Balkone mit 1 Tisch & 2 Stühlen, Schiebetüre mit Doppelverglasung!, sauber & renoviert - nebenan, draussen, gute Livemusik immer bis 24 Uhr Mitten in Puerto ein einfaches, sauberes, tolles Hotel!

Hotel appears to be 2 separate hotels ,the one shown on the website looks very nice but unfortunately I can't comment on it because we were in the other one which is very basic and uninviting with no outside space, the view from our window was another guests window about 4M away. No kettle or coffee maker or toaster , you do get 2 tiny cups ,not sure what you are meant to put in them. Would not recommend.

Fuimos a las 12 y esperamos hasta las 15 porque no podíamos entrar bueno eso no nos parecía tan malo esperamos,al llegar de nuevo habian 4 personas por delante esperamos y a la hora de llegar nuestro turno nos dijo que todavía teníamos que esperar un rato mas en total entramos a las 4 de la tarde y al llegar encontramos un sulo de habitación sin balcón lo peor que tenían y encima nos encontramos la papelera llena de basura que adjunto en las fotos no lo recomiendo para nada y el recepcionista está en el aire súper lento

Petit déjeuner de qualité Preferer côté rue que sur la place pour le bruit Mais si on veut être en plein centre c'est normal Le bruit de l extérieur s arrête à minuit L hôtel est très calme à l intérieur Piscine agréable sur le toit Je recommande pour le prix

Super hotel, pyszne jedzenie. Wspaniała obsługa. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Można zwiedzić całą wyspę. Dwa baseny, cisza i spokój, pełny relaks. Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Bar czynny do 21.45. Napoje super. Bardzo polecam

Este hotel está justo en el centro del puerto de la cruz en la plaza del charco. La habitación esta muy bien limpia y además tiene una pequeña cocina .tiene piscina en la terraza con muy buenas vistas y muy bien de precio.el personal es amable. También para los que lleven coches a 200 metros hay un parking gratuito cerca del puerto.a demás de diferentes restaurantes al lado del hotel.recomendado
