The hotel is good value for money. In the Pinnxx coffe shop - food is excellent and ***y options ,especially the Lemon butter fish is amazing. Cafe staff Shruti sawant, Su***ta and Mahammad are very helpful.

Miss Vaishnavi had been a very warm host at the restaurant during my visit. She attended to my family with utmost warmth and care and ensured that we all felt comfortable.

We had celebrated our daughter's birthday in Royal Orchid Kalyani nagar,Pune. It was awesome. Shraddha from the hotel got all the arrangements done. She was very clear and perfect of what exactly we were expecting and she took all efforts to make it memorable celebration for us. It was a last minute plan but still all the arrangements were perfect.

Royal orchid central pune hotel is in prime location, rooms are very specious and clean with all amenities. Experience was great starting from checkin, specialy i would like to mentioned Mr. Ravi, he help with pool view room. Thank you team.

I visited during the SBI conference in Pune . I liked the ambiance of hotel and staff behaviour specially Ms Ritu she is Very helpful and we loved the breakfast at pinxx restaurant and everything was well ***aged. The swimming pool was well ***aged and really clean. Definately gonna visit again.

Two days which I attended here for business purposes was amazing. All staff is very cooperative and humble. Especially Vaibhav who has helped me a lot in all terms , whenever I need help he came down immediately, amazing great customer service, keep it up!

Royal orchid hotel is located near to the airport at kalyani nagar. and surrounded by ***y good restaurant and bar , Spa and mall too. We had a very comfortable stay and experienced the best services ever . The staff are very kind and helpful specially Ganesh he attended us at check in and Ritu she guided us for the near by tour points . Thank you guys will come soon

I recently stayed at the Royal Orchid Pune for five days and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Anand, who assisted us throughout our conference setup. His arrangements were impeccable, and he was always available to help in any way possible. His friendly and supportive nature was truly appreciated. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Vaibhav from the F&B Department for his assistance in arranging delicious setups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. It's convenient location near to airport and railway station .the awesome metro view from the room and rooms were properly clean and well maintained swimming pool and also we loved the ambiance of the hotel . The staff are really excellent at their work especially Ritu at the reception. We really enjoyed our stay thanx for making it memorable
