"Good business hotel with all the boxes checked: front office, f&b, housekeeping - all very helpful and gracious. Terrace suite well maintained, luxurious space. In room dining offers a decent variety, while The Market restaurant has a fairly abundant buffet for all meals. Housekeeping tends to be prompt and pretty efficient (just remember that the evening turn-down service is on request.) My two standout experiences included the "Service Express" number on the room phone - their one-stop contact for everything; efficient delivery of any service required (dining, booking, housekeeping, etc.) Also, the Marriott Bonvoy app messaging centre is prompt with responses. My other outstanding service & support came from Mr. Tara at the front office. Very helpful, service-centric, accommodating and obliging. All in all, a very good stay."

"We have checked in here for 40 days, of which we’ve just completed our 20th day. The booking, checkin, prepayment processes were smooth and flawless. We’ve booked a one bedroom suite. There’s a sitting room, with tv and workstation, ***** with an attached dining area. Well furnished and equipped, and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette has everything a housewife could desire, a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, besides the usual teakettle and a full set of crockery and cutlery , and yes, a rice cooker too! The bedroom has a nice large double bed, a desk etc. then there’s a changing room with closets. And a large bathroom with shower in stall…. And a washing machine! The room is serviced everyday, kept spotless by our designated room attendant Shivaji, everything works perfectly, regular maintenance inspections are carried out, everything is changed/replenished as required. The breakfast which we’ve taken in our package is a great buffet, I doubt I’ll rerepeat myself during our 40 day stay. The cherry on top are the extremely helpful, hospitable and effective staff, in every department we’ve come across. We may even stay longer!"

The hospitality extended by Mr. Paul (Front Office Supervisor) was exceptional, and his professional approach throughout the stay was highly appreciated. Mr. Harinder (Bell Boy) was extremely active, polite, and always ready to assist guests with a smile, making the experience even more comfortable. Mr. Prince and the entire F&B team provided excellent service and made every dining experience pleasant. Appreciation as well to Ms. Bharti (Front Office Manager) for managing everything so smoothly and ensuring guests are well taken care of. Overall, the staff truly made the stay comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. Highly recommended"
Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi
"I stayed here for a business trip. This was my first time staying at a Marriott group hotel in Pune, and even though it was a Fairfield, I had high expectations, but I think my expectations were too high. The good points were that there was plenty of bottled water (4 bottles) and the queen-size bed was comfortable. Also, the front desk staff were polite. The bad points were that there were no slippers and the glass partition in the shower was only half-way, so after taking a shower, the water flowed down to the floor on the toilet side. Also, since it's an Indian hotel, it can't be helped, but the breakfast was mainly Indian food. I couldn't help but eat Indian food, so I chose something other than Indian food for breakfast. The price with breakfast was cheaper than the other hotels I was considering, so I think I'll return. However, the next time I stay, I'll bring my own slippers."
