"Great location and nice room views. It's my first time seeing such a huge bed and duvet! The service was excellent, and they offer pick-up and drop-off at the pier. Breakfast was good. I even saw the sunrise from my hotel room. Staying here made my trip to Meizhou Island very easy and relaxing. Besides the cultural attractions, the scenery on Meizhou Island is stunning – truly no disappointments there, and the hotel was excellent too. For food, I highly recommend Jilin Hua Ping An Mazu Noodles; you won't regret it. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! "This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The lobby is simple and bright, the front desk service is warm and friendly, and the room is huge – much more spacious than any business room I've stayed in at other hotels. The bedding and mattress are comfortable, and I found no hidden dirty spots. The vanity area is very well-designed, with a large countertop that also serves as a divider. Both the shower and toilet areas are also quite roomy. The overhead rain shower provides a consistent temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast was incredibly rich, especially the rice noodle bar with its wide variety of toppings, and the fish was delicious. The only downside was the lack of fresh lettuce (for Western-style cold dishes). The restaurant environment is elegant and spacious, the garden is beautifully designed, and there are plenty of recreational facilities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. I hope they can maintain this level of quality. Wishing them a prosperous business!"

"The room was spacious, bright, and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. Upon checking in, I was delighted to find a small plate of Mazu cakes thoughtfully prepared in the room. The owners, a wonderful couple, truly made us feel at home. When we arrived in the afternoon, the owner personally picked us up from the pier and also drove us back when we departed. The proprietress was incredibly kind and gentle; she enthusiastically helped us book tickets for the 'Impressions of Mazu' show that evening and even managed to upgrade our seats. Later that night, I caught a chill and had an upset stomach. The proprietress, with such warmth, personally brought her hot water bottle to my room. On our departure day, heavy fog caused the ferry service to be suspended. We rebooked high-speed rail tickets for the afternoon, and the proprietress kindly arranged a late check-out for us. Their hospitality was truly warm and thoughtful. The only thing I wasn't used to was finding disposable towels and bath towels in the room. I ended up buying my own towels from a supermarket. Perhaps the owner considered personal hygiene, or maybe it's because of the island's humid air making it difficult for towels to dry. However, I still hope they wouldn't use disposables. After all, they're not cotton and aren't comfortable to use. Overall, it was a great stay. Thumbs up!"

"Meizhou International Hotel is the best on the island. It's really upscale and luxurious. Sitting by the window, watching the sea, and enjoying tea and conversation is incredibly relaxing. The central location is perfect, especially for older guests, allowing them to easily explore the north side one day and the south side the next. Taxis are quite accessible on the island, but if you prefer not to take one, the bus stop is conveniently right next door. The location is truly excellent."
