Parrotel Aquapark Resort

Öncelikle animasyon ekibi çok iyi ve çok havalı ve çocuklarla çok tatlı ve her gün yeni bir program var (Teşekkürler Bay Asser Yassin), Şimdiye kadarki en iyi barmen Bay Mohamed, çok teşekkürler. Büfe çok temiz ve her gün yeni yemekler var, şefler çok yardımsever (Teşekkürler Bay Ali). Su parkı çok eğlenceli. Son ziyaretim olmayacak, personel sizi kendi yerinizde hissettiriyor. Parrotel artık benim cennetim.

Great family resort with Aqua park and access to beachfront ️ via partner hotel across the road .we got a great family room with pool view very big and spacious. Food and service is good overall can’t complain kids enjoy it they had kids club and entertainment in the evening. Kids pool and aqua park too plus plenty of water rides for the adults too.

It was a wonderful experience in parrotel Aqua park. Thanks to Mr Anwar the GM of the hotel who facilitates every thing for us . Moreover all the staff were very kind and helpful for my family the receptionists , Housekeeping, pools staff and restaurants staff especially chief Ashrey and Mr Abdo . Everything was perfect . We stayed at the Parrotel Beach Resort last year and enjoyed it so much that we tried the Parrotel Aqua Park Resort this year. We are just out of season so the hotel is quieter than during the school holidays. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The rooms are cleaned and replenished every day with hot and cold beverages including ample bottled water. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked each day with all the essentials you need for your stay. There are three large pools which cater for all ages and the children's pool enjoys water slides and fountains. There is entertainment every evening. What made our holiday however were the staff. Abdullah (waiter) could not have done more to make us welcome along with his restaurant colleagues. He is an asset to the hotel. The food caters for large numbers of people and there is a huge variety. Abdullah even got chef to make us a chicken curry one evening. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Just remember that you are coming to a different part of the world with a different culture so some things will be unfamiliar. Relax, embrace it and have a great time.

If you don’t want to have the worst vacation in your life never go to this hotel. I was bitten by bed bugs on the first night at this hotel. They changed me the room after that but said that it was just a mosquito bite even though mosquito bite disappears on the same day but these marks stayed for 5 days!!! Same food every day it came to the point where I went to eat outside because I was so bored with their food. It was hard to find cocktails in the hotel. If you find it don’t be surprised of it’s quality. Beach is 10 minutes away in the opposite hotel. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I’d never go to this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant service all round highly recommended to other people worldwide. Excellent customer service and good customer service It's not my first time in the hotel I came three times the first time I was with my mother and the second time was with my daughter and my friend and the third time was with my daughter only the staff there are great they help me with everything the rooms are nice and clean the swimming pools are also great the service is good the staff are great and I would like to give special thanks to chef Ashry and chef Ahmed he works at night he prepares fried eggs for me every morning. Hes a very hard worker and is very polite and respectful. Its good and also Youssef who works in the bar he's good and makes good cocktails and my dear friend Abdullah who works in the restaurant he's great always smiling and gives advice I know him from my first time in the hotel he always helps me in making food for me he works hard to give you the thing in the best possible way he's skilled in his craft. All 3 of these staff should be rewarded for there hard work, dedication and effort they put into there work. I will most certainly be coming back to this hotel again very soon

One of the best hotels in Sharm, and I was really happy, and the rooms are excellent, and we add it very, and from the first time we entered the hotel, and the treatment is very beautiful from the reception and from the whole resort, and the food is very beautiful, and I thank the chefs because they provide the best thing and cleaned something, and they make a very rigid majwood, and we were impressed with the quication of the best irons that I saw, the children were very happy, seriously. I thank everyone who works in the Barotel Aqua Park because they offer the best thing

Really a perfect experience for a family vacation. The hotel is like my own home. All the people are very helpful. From the highest to the lowest. Food is good. Drinks are good. Pool is always clean. Rooms are always ready. I will definitely come back again this year

This hsotel is not even a 2 star is described as international is not it cater just for Arab a. ndf Russian the food is horrible same everyday not international food unless you count the pasta counter that serve overcooked pasta that can only be used as wallpaper paste .the leftover pasta was the next day an oven bake horrible.there are not 3 restaurants 2 are closed in August the only restaurant has a seated capacity of 300 for 1200 guests.it was a battle for a table for cutlery for paper napkins.the queue fordrinks was so long it took at least 20 minutes they usually run out of glasses so they served everytime warm soft drinks bier in boiling hot glasses the soft drinks were not refrigerated and no ice.the room was shabby broken drawer broken bed stained chair .really dirty they never clean it properly and one day I found cockroaches in the bathroom I complained but the managers are useless .only a bunch of staff speak english same just few word The coffee was in a dirty canister with a plastic spoon in it .one toast machine for all the guests.outside tables with chairs cover in birds escrements. The entairtment was no esistent and the few 20 minutes shos were pathetic.one belly dancer that couldn't dance as the guy at the computer couldn't work out how to play the music.one magic show that a child could do .the tlbeduin tent so called is a dilapidated area with broken chair and tatty tables. I spend most of my time stressed complaining with no results at all.gems no ice cream no slush puppy bar closed 3 times because it ran out of cups.drinks machine broken cut my toes on a piece of glass in the pool.everyday as they were mosquitos I have to ask to treat the room they didnt my grandaughters were bitten so much.the slides are impossible to use little water run down so you get stuck on it I am only 5ft2 and 12 stones so we give up we went out to it book so many trips just to get out of that hell.thank you Ayman from Joyce for those thank you Amar for the photo the only good service was not related to the hotel at all
