在青縣, 這家飯店應該是有輝煌歷史的飯店, 從飯店高樓的外觀到堅固的內裝, 都顯現經營者長遠紮時經營的觀點, 尤其是早餐更讓人滿意, 但是兩項缺點都跟人有關, 第一, 在入住時, 櫃台要求要兩百元押金, 這讓我很訝異, 因為我出國旅行, 甚至來大陸單車旅行這十幾天, 沒有人跟我要押金, 這是第一家, 因此讓我很反應不過來, 但事後想想, 也許是來中國內地來入住的三教九流資質不一, 因此收一下也是不傷情理. 但隔日退房, 櫃台小姐將100紙鈔交給我時, 眼神閃過將紙鈔放置於櫃檯上, 就去辦其他事, 也沒有說一些謝謝光臨之類的標準送賓的話, 這也讓我非常詫異, 中國的觀光學校到底是怎麼教的? 飯店經理到底是怎麼要求的? 第二, 早餐在二樓, 裝潢樸實空間典雅, 還有多幅筆墨畫陳列, 再加上早餐內容, 還有領班的微笑招呼, 讓我深感敬佩, 但此時, 廚房內傳出另一服務員猛烈乾咳, 她可能以為客人還未到達, 因此使勁地咳, 而領班已經將我招呼入座, 但卻也未加阻止提醒或關心, 彷彿這位員工是常態, 這樣的餐廳管理也是完全不合格. 真是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥, 這麼棒的硬體, 軟體卻沒跟上, 真誠深感遺憾.
