Jingli Villa Hotel (Qingdao Badaguan Scenic Area Linhuaiguan Road Branch)

Nice privately-owned hotel in an old building right in the middle of the historical former German district. I enjoyed the stay. A couple of things you need to realize, though: 1) no supermarkets around. The nearest convenience store is a good 500 meters walk at "Taipinjiao Park" subway station; 2) no budget restaurants/Western fast food shops. Plenty of fancy overpriced local food restaurants nearby, however; 3) room cleaning is light. They just replace trash bags and towels. No making up the bed or floor mopping; 4) you'll see ants, mosquitoes and an occasional spider in the room, as it's located in a very old Japanese-occupation era building in a garden-like environment. But they warn you about that in the hotel Welcome message. Plus the hotel provides an anti-mosquito pluggable device. Use it. 5) there's a restaurant on premices right in front of the hotel rooms. They play music, but not loud enough to bother me. They close shop at 8pm. There's another restaurant right next door. That one is louder, but even them wind up at around 9pm. So, it didn't bother me... 6) the manager is very much responsive. He sent me a welcome message the day before I checked in, plus the hotel exact location map, so I could find it. The other hotel/restaurant staff are very friendly also. I enjoyed the stay. Bathing Beach 2 (an old German pivate villas beach) is right next door, so I did plenty of sunbathing and swimming. Fun...

位置很好，在八大關景區裏面，離海邊很近，別墅本身就是保護文物，有個特別大的院子，房間收拾的很乾凈，住着很舒服，酒店工作人員態度特別好，非常熱情，推薦了很多當地人常吃的飯館，有什麼問題都能積極回覆，非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。

非常愉快的一次入住，老闆幫我們免費升級了房間，入住還送禮禮品，民宿處處體現着老闆的用心，下次來青島還會再來。

位置超級棒，八大關裏面，有自己的免費停車場，很安全。房間是老房子改的，衹能軟裝不能硬裝，所以有些致命的問題無法解決，這個房間潮氣大黴味重，雖然一直開着除濕機，也沒有用，所幸我自帶香，到後趕緊點香薰一薰。 離海邊太近了，晚上早上隨時可以到海邊散步。 服務：一訂房服務人員就加微信開始溝通，有問必答，非常快捷。服務不錯

酒店環境自然沒的説，離二浴和花石樓幾步路，不論早上還是下午，對面的太平角和遠處的海岸線都如夢似幻，院子很幽靜，房間內乾淨整潔，床的顏色和內部裝飾審美在線。服務態度非常好，問題解答及時貼心

很好，老闆人很好 本來12點退房回不來，給我們免費延遲了一點耐心等我們回來，環境也很不錯👍 在景區裏面出門就能看到大海，一共訂了兩間房 都給好評

很滿意的體驗 我訂的是臨淮關路店最大的房間沁園，臨海步行五分鐘，幾分鐘就到太平角公園，出來右拐就是一條非常讚的林蔭大道，作為跑步愛好者，這樣地點很滿意。房間沒有潮濕跡象。地理位置絕佳，民宿這樣條件可以了！更重要的是人情味！我住過另外一個景裏，服務都非常好！這個店那個可愛智慧熱情的胖胖的善良姑娘令我本次出行感到很温暖！推薦！

交通位置很方便，距離海灘，八大關景區以及地鐵都很近。老闆姐姐和酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，客房私密性很好，晚上環境非常安靜的，小院裏也適合喝茶聊天。非常不錯的酒店
