Very comfortable hotel. The location is great, close to a large shopping center and a metro station. It takes us 10 minutes to walk to May Fourth Square. The rooms are clean and big. We had a washing machine and a small kitchen in our room, so you can prepare your own meals during your visit. The only one the problem for me was long waiting for the elevator, which was a little bit annoying, but I don't think it's a particular hotel problem.

From the 6th floor can access the shopping mall.
- Keep in mind there are non-smoking rooms!!

The room was great for families with young kids, kept my two entertained in the room all the time. Location perfect too- direct access to the mall from the sixth floor sky park.
My only complaint is cleanliness. I don’t expect perfection, but there is mold in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom shower slippers, and floor just felt unclean the entire time.
It lacked many things like utensils and dish soap, but everytime we called the front desk they brought it up within 10 minutes. Customer services was great- very nice people.
I would consider going again when I return to Qingdao, but probably would call ahead to guarantee cleanliness.

Very near to 4th may square metro station, only 5 minutes walking. Directly next to MixC shopping mall where you can find everything you need , and a lot of restaurants.
Room is big and have all amenities and electrical appliances ( fridge, washing machine, ) . But they need to take more care about cleanliness .

This apartment we chose for weekends. It’s clean, comfortable, cozy. Good location. Near have subway station. Big Mall Mixx. Room clean every day, new towels and all for hygiene. I like this apartment!!!

The location is great but that’s all this place has going for it. If you’re getting a good deal, it may be worth it for you but I didn’t have a great experience. Staff is friendly enough but I think had no training so this is a management issue. They gave me a key to the wrong room for starters. Fortunately I didn’t see anyone in any embarrassing situations but still, that’s a huge mistake which should never take place. When I got to my room, the smell of smoke was immediately overwhelming and the furniture clearly looked worn and quite old. They offered a refund despite the reservation not being refundable so they’re willing to remedy problems and mistakes.

The location is good, the size of the room is acceptable, however the cleanliness is very far from what I would call OK. For days the bathroom smelled sewage water. I thought it's a system problem so tried not to stress about it, but the smell got worse by the day. Eventually I complained, then the cleaner did some work which eliminated the problem. Why did I have to specifically request it is beyond me. Other problem was the carpet in the room. I dropped my pen, when I realized how horrendously dirty it is. Again complained, requested to get this cleaned by vacuum cleaner. Guess what? I was told that they can't because they have no vacuum cleaner....

Good location for city tour around famous places like five-four square, the olympic park, and Zhan bridge. Normal facility and service.
