Near SM NORTH EDSA, 3-5 minutes walk only,.. for the price, i think just don’t expect much with some of the things in the room like the towels were old (not white anymore but looks clean, no stain or anything), no remote for the tv (did not try to call the front desk to ask where is it as we just really slept here), no slipper, if you’re sensitive to noise, you might find the aircon noisy (i turned it off when it’s already cold enough to sleep well😅),.. have free 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrushes with 1 sachet of toothpaste, 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small soap,.. Hot shower was working well which was one of the things I like

The security was very tight here. Especially when you leave your room at night to get food outside. In a way, this is good for the guests.
The food service is not so good. Our room service order arrived late and the coffee was already cold when it was served.
The room is average, relatively clean. But overall, for its cheap price and its good location, booking here is okay.

Convenient location. Accessable to all transport and malls. Easy to check in. Welcoming staff. The price is right. Jollibee is only downstairs

We nicely asked for early check in at 12noon which is put on special request as well and told the staff that we will check out early in the morning. They ask us to pay 250 per hour which was good thing I did not pay as there was cockroaches in the room. Not even sure what the colors of their towel if its dirty white or what.

The tv suddenly turned on at 3:03AM. Tried to check if the remote was under me or my pillow but no, it was on the bedside table. Didn't sleep until sunrise.
