The RItz Carlton Rancho MIrage was perfect for our time in the Palm Springs area. We were upgraded to a fire pit room with a desert view and loved it. After a night swim we would return to a lit fire and view of a full moon. It was a beautiful way to start the day as well. The view was gorgeous. We had a child with us so we could only use the large family pool. There were always chairs available and the staff was so helpful. They would open umbrellas, pass out ice water, frozen berries, and small smoothies. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was always good ( I usually hate hotel food). We were 6 miles away from downtown Palm Springs, but it was a quick drive to grab lunch, wander around and check out the art museum. If you enjoy nature, this is the right hotel for you.

We met Mark Austria, one of the ****** hosts, a while ago at a different ****** and always invited us out to this ******, we finally agreed and we wish we agreed sooner! We stayed over the 4th of July week and it was one of the best stays we had in a ******. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with a smile. After we were checked in we were so amazed on the cleanliness of the rooms. To our surprise, Mark sent us a text letting us know that he made dinner reservations and gave us credit to their steakhouse in celebration of our anniversary. It was such an amazing surprise and we felt that not only was he giving us an amazing experience but also he paid attention to details and truly personalized our stay. The dinner was fantastic as well as the service. Throughout the night Mark made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions we had. Agua Caliente, you have a tremendous asset to your team, thank you Mark! We are already planning our second stay and can not wait to come back!

Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

I had been at this hotel in 1984 (for Marriott training)so I didn’t have high expectations due to the age of the property….but I have to say I was totally overwhelmed. The staff was so wonderful at the start from the lovely gal who checked us in (she has only been there 7 months) all the way to the friendly pool attendant. Omni has done a wonderful job in renovating the property. the food and beverage product was wonderful in the Blue Ember restaurant (chicken jidori delightful) The bartenders were all so friendly and they offered a great selection of handcrafted cocktails (my favorite was the pink gin drink. I had forgotten what a great location the hotel is (close to the 111. Housekeepers were excellent and always greeted us as we roamed the property. I have worked in hospitality for many years…but this is one hotel that I definitely would return to. Ps great French restaurant just around the corner.

Amazing people make the hotel my go to stay for my family. They are warm, friendly, and when given the chance to do their jobs deliver above and beyond expectations. The Staff have great respect for one another and also enjoy working together from what I have seen. I stayed over a week with my kids and they made it feel like an extension of home. The breakfast staff is amazing and deserves gratitude when dining as they keep things flowing and are always cheerful and willing to engage in conversation not just dole out standardized greetings. The front desk...1 out of 5 stars in performance and attitude. I teach my family to treat the desk like you're staying at your parents house or grandparents house. The rooms make a hotel but the staff makes stay Thank you guys again for everything!!

Location: Rancho Mirage could be the best place to stay in the valley. It’s close to all the towns in the area and has great restaurants and shops. The HIE is really conveniently situated near shopping and with at least 5 or 6 restaurants within easy walking distance. Check-in / out and staff: Everything was great with the exception of check in. We arrived just after noon, and were told the room wasn’t ready. Asked them to please get it ready asap. Two hours later and still nothing. Another half an hour and I started to have a sense of humor failure. Really, is it not possible to clean a room in well over 2 hours? Highly irritating and unnecessary. Parking: Plenty parking round the hotel, free. Room: Really clean and well appointed. Large screen Tv, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Breakfast: The usual, with a reasonable selection of both hot and cold choices. Wi-Fi: Fluctuated quite a bit, but overall it was okay. (See test pic) TV and Air Conditioning: Both were new and functioned well. Stay again? Definitely. Whilst not cheap, unfortunately all hotels are relatively expensive in this part of the world!

i was driving through to Az and was tired i wanted to rest so i found this motel on online reasonably priced and cute quiet location beautiful view of the mountains i might add. the young lady at the front desk Salina was super friendly and very helpful she gave me info on a good place to eat which btw was amazing itlian place not to far from the hotel. she got me into a room right away the quickest check-in i have ever experinced which is also a plus cuz i was really tired. i would recommed this motel6 as its a hideaway

This hotel is very new, the hardware is good, but the rooms are small. There is Wal-Mart on the side, full-time. Two major supermarkets. There are many small restaurants such as Pizza Hut, etc. It is perfect to rest and replenish supplies during the trip. One of the disadvantages of the room is to save energy, his lights will be turned off after a while. Plus the lighting in the room itself is not very good. Just a little bit uncomfortable. I had been at this hotel in 1984 (for Marriott training)so I didn’t have high expectations due to the age of the property….but I have to say I was totally overwhelmed. The staff was so wonderful at the start from the lovely gal who checked us in (she has only been there 7 months) all the way to the friendly pool attendant. Omni has done a wonderful job in renovating the property. the food and beverage product was wonderful in the Blue Ember restaurant (chicken jidori delightful) The bartenders were all so friendly and they offered a great selection of handcrafted cocktails (my favorite was the pink gin drink. I had forgotten what a great location the hotel is (close to the 111. Housekeepers were excellent and always greeted us as we roamed the property. I have worked in hospitality for many years…but this is one hotel that I definitely would return to. Ps great French restaurant just around the corner.

Location: Rancho Mirage could be the best place to stay in the valley. It’s close to all the towns in the area and has great restaurants and shops. The HIE is really conveniently situated near shopping and with at least 5 or 6 restaurants within easy walking distance. Check-in / out and staff: Everything was great with the exception of check in. We arrived just after noon, and were told the room wasn’t ready. Asked them to please get it ready asap. Two hours later and still nothing. Another half an hour and I started to have a sense of humor failure. Really, is it not possible to clean a room in well over 2 hours? Highly irritating and unnecessary. Parking: Plenty parking round the hotel, free. Room: Really clean and well appointed. Large screen Tv, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Breakfast: The usual, with a reasonable selection of both hot and cold choices. Wi-Fi: Fluctuated quite a bit, but overall it was okay. (See test pic) TV and Air Conditioning: Both were new and functioned well. Stay again? Definitely. Whilst not cheap, unfortunately all hotels are relatively expensive in this part of the world!

Amazing people make the hotel my go to stay for my family. They are warm, friendly, and when given the chance to do their jobs deliver above and beyond expectations. The Staff have great respect for one another and also enjoy working together from what I have seen. I stayed over a week with my kids and they made it feel like an extension of home. The breakfast staff is amazing and deserves gratitude when dining as they keep things flowing and are always cheerful and willing to engage in conversation not just dole out standardized greetings. We arrived in the evening exhausted from an eight hour flight. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we had difficulty finding our room! The property is very large. Upon entering the room we weren’t exactly feeling as if it was going to be an enjoyable stay. The room was a bit small. However when we awoke we were elated by the beautiful surroundings. The grounds were immaculate and it was so peaceful and lovely!! The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness and patio area made up for that. Bed was extremely comfortable, and it was so quiet there!! My grandchildren visited and they had so much fun in the heated kiddie pool!!! They also had a ball feeding the ducks and climbing on the big turtle, roadrunner, and iguana! This is a terrific stay for folks wishing to unwind. We are very appreciative to the staff who were so friendly, and do such a wonderful job keeping this immense property so well maintained. If you are seeking a wild time this would not be for you. If you are seeking a peaceful respite from this difficult time in history this is the place!!

This was my first time to this property in the Palm Springs area. It is a large property so it is easy to get lost around the property driving your first day however it becomes easy once you get used to things. The rooms in the Enclaves are wonderful and spacious. I would recommend a room on an upper floor for more privacy and try for a room facing the golf course which is the best way to go. The pools are convenient and the staff is very helpful. The front desk/registration is busy normally and the staff does a great job of taking care of any requests.

Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

The RItz Carlton Rancho MIrage was perfect for our time in the Palm Springs area. We were upgraded to a fire pit room with a desert view and loved it. After a night swim we would return to a lit fire and view of a full moon. It was a beautiful way to start the day as well. The view was gorgeous. We had a child with us so we could only use the large family pool. There were always chairs available and the staff was so helpful. They would open umbrellas, pass out ice water, frozen berries, and small smoothies. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was always good ( I usually hate hotel food). We were 6 miles away from downtown Palm Springs, but it was a quick drive to grab lunch, wander around and check out the art museum. If you enjoy nature, this is the right hotel for you.

We met Mark Austria, one of the ****** hosts, a while ago at a different ****** and always invited us out to this ******, we finally agreed and we wish we agreed sooner! We stayed over the 4th of July week and it was one of the best stays we had in a ******. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with a smile. After we were checked in we were so amazed on the cleanliness of the rooms. To our surprise, Mark sent us a text letting us know that he made dinner reservations and gave us credit to their steakhouse in celebration of our anniversary. It was such an amazing surprise and we felt that not only was he giving us an amazing experience but also he paid attention to details and truly personalized our stay. The dinner was fantastic as well as the service. Throughout the night Mark made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions we had. Agua Caliente, you have a tremendous asset to your team, thank you Mark! We are already planning our second stay and can not wait to come back!
