We come every year, for good reason. For our family it works as each room is at minimum a small suite. The people who work here are the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel I stay at. The AC was great this year as it was slightly hotter than normal in July. The pool is amazing especially as the temperature was high, providing for a great escape after going downtown. The restaurant and wait staff are amazing! Highly recommend for anyone who does not want to sleep downtown but visit during the day.

We stayed 4 days with a couple of friends and the impression was that we were home. Relaxing atmosphere, large and clean rooms (we stayed in the suite “Rosa”. Fantastic swimming pool with a wonderful view, to make us a group of rabbits almost with peluche. ; special attention to gluten free on request. Excellent location to tour Florence and surroundings. The hotel facilities themselves are very good. In order to match the name of Bala, you can feel the feeling of finishing in the mansion. The courtyard is also very wide, you can take a simple walk, and the swimming pool is also open in summer. However, there is no shuttle bus in winter, so if you take a taxi from the central station to Villa Olmi, you have to pay about 25 euros. If you rent a car, if you bring a car to the city, the parking fee will be quite high. Villa Olmi's room is not big, but the bathroom is spacious and well maintained. It's a lovely villa, so it's a good place for travelers with cars that need more relaxation than Florence sightseeing.
