Great Hotel - great staff

Positive feedback: -Clean -fashion - quiet -simple -everything around the hotel Negative feedback: - The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist - The hotel valet closed at 12 AM - when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery - The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room - I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 ) Overall rating: 7 from 10 May I visit again: maybe

Service was great. Mutier was super helpful at breakfast! Location is also close to airport and KAFD area - very convenient for work trips and you will get caught in less traffic when leaving for the airport. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

One of the newer hotels in Riyadh. Good location with food and amenities around. Accessibility not bad as well. Only challenge is the air conditioning control is not great.

Very good breakfast and the service of the staff was excellent, especially Mohd Muteer. I had this during my business trip in April 2024. Staff I mentioned helped me to navigate through counters and help me to get my order on time. He was very helpful

Location is good for me as it's near to my company during my business trips. Also easy access to airport, Riyadh front, and some events in exhibition center. I become very disappointed when it's fully booked because it's the only hotel I like to stay at.
