"Room is good and clean. But the house keeper put all the trash on the desk (not in the trash canon)and not take out!!! I can't imagine that is 4 stars hotel like this? And it made me bad feelings Because of the terrible experience. This is an affront to the customer. Future not come again.!!"

"I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way."

The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better"
