"The reception was helpful and the hotel is still well maintained. There is still smoking smell in the lift, otherwise it’s cozy and good to stay for a night. Nearby with lots of shop and a little night market to shop around! Overall is good to stay!"

"The location is good. It is a walking distance from Baoguoshi bus station. There are mold patches in the bathroom. I stay near the stairs and I can clearly hear any noise coming from there. The sound proof is really terrible. The public onsen is located on another building's ground floor and has no privacy as just next to the street."

"When we arrived at the hotel my Alipay died and I couldn’t pay the taxi fare! No problem.. a very helpful member of reception staff named Xu Ting came to my rescue. She personally paid the driver with her own money! (Later, when my Alipay recovered, I repaid her.) She then went on to organise a lovely room for us with a few extra touches such as a special bathrobe for my son (to go to the water park) and children’s toiletries. In fact, she couldn’t do enough for us and it was her excellent service that made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is very slightly tired but perfectly adequate for the price, especially considering a good breakfast buffet is included. The location is excellent - a two minute walk to restaurants and the bus station to get up the mountain. The water park/hot springs was a lot of fun late at night with my son, but it was a shame some of the slides etc were closed. For the price I’m not complaining, but perhaps it needs a revamp. We planned to stay for only one night but after a long day climbing the mountain, I contacted Xu Ting and she once again sorted us a nice room and helped with getting our clothes dry! 5 stars Xu Ting."

"Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied."

"Booked this hotel due to proximity to Mt Emei. Great location and tranquil environment around the hotel. There is a temple hiking path right at the driveway. Breakfast was plenty and focusing Chinese food, but enough items to survive as foreigner or dip into local food. Building 7 is newer than Building 5. They also have a hot spring building. Hotspring was included and a bit outdated but overall acceptable. Even tried the cleaning fish pool for an extra fee of 38RMB. Quite an experiance"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect right in between the start of the mountain and the small town with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were stunning and clean with many amenities that all worked perfectly. We deeply appreciated the coffee machine in the room as well as the tea and filtered water! The service was incredible and the staff really went out of their way to accomodate any of our requests or needs. They turned on the hottub every evening at 6:30 so it would be filled for us once we returned! Not to mention the breakfast was the best breakfast i’ve tried in all of China! Thank you for making my birthday so special. Highly recommend !"

"We recently stayed at Far Hill Reflect Snow Hotel for two days in early December as a family with seniors and young kids. While the hotel itself might not be the most luxurious, the outstanding hospitality we experienced makes it truly worth considering for anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Ms. He, the hotel manager, whose kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. When we missed breakfast one morning, she personally prepared delicious noodles for us. When we struggled to find taxis, she went above and beyond, driving our group of seven to the train station in two separate trips. Such genuine care and effort are rare to come by, and it left a lasting impression on all of us. If you're looking for a stay where you’ll feel truly cared for, this is the place to be. "Stayed for 3 nights here — could have easily stayed longer. Hotel itself has great facilities. Kids loved the hot springs and the play areas. The room itself was just as it appears on the website. Clean,spacious and comfortable. Any extras we asked for were brought quickly. Food in restaurant also great. We found it hard to find food our kids would eat in this part of china, so the food on offer at breakfast was a lifesaver."
