"The first impression of the hotel was fantastic. The grand entrance with its high ceilings gave off a welcoming and elegant vibe. The lobby also looked stylish and thoughtfully designed, which set a nice tone for the stay. A special mention goes to the young concierge who helped us with our parking and luggage. He was polite, efficient, and made a great first impression. We arrived slightly ahead of check-in, which is strictly from 3pm. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to the Fong Room while you wait. The space offers free drinks, light snacks, games, and a seating area. It was a really nice bonus, not something every hotel offers, and genuinely enhanced the guest experience. We booked three rooms but only two were ready when we checked in. This was a lapse in service, particularly since there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. Honestly, it came across as unprofessional and slightly disappointing. Another observation was the inconsistency between rooms. Even though we reserved the same room type, each had a different setup. One room was missing the couch shown in the listing and didn’t have a tub, while another had a small coffee table instead. That said, the rooms were stylish and comfortable overall. The scented foaming hand soap really stood out, surprisingly memorable! Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety. Despite a couple of service missteps, we’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay near Feng Chia Night Market."

"The reviews were already great, but after staying there myself, I can say it’s truly top-notch! They even let me cancel one of my bookings for free D-1, since I accidentally made a double reservation. The room was super clean, same with the bathroom (with hairdryer). The kitchen and common room had everything I needed, and what I loved most was the building’s design—it lets in tons of natural light. They also provided earplugs and free-flow water. There were a few other travelers around when I stayed, but it was never noisy."

"I had an amazing stay at Napas hotel. Reception got me checked in efficiently. I was very happy to find out I had a bath and the beds were super comfortable. My only complaint would be very little on side of amenities but shower gel and shampoo where provided. Also there was a kettle available in room and the tv despite being in mandating was easy to navigate"

"Hi, We love Hotel Mini. Its decor is fun (with mini cars and wall paintings showing the three little pigs and the big wolf), its rooms are clean, warm (with wooden like flooring) and well designed despite the space constraints. The AC works well and the internet connection is strong. The staff is helpful. Overall, it is a very comfortable and pleasant stay for my wife and I, and we will definitely book another Hotel Mini in Taiwan when we return for a visit in future. Regards, Mr Hiew"

"Although it is a backpacker hotel, but the facilities like towels and shampoo are provided. Taiwan hotels no longer provide disposable toiletries, so bring your own. The location is within walking distance to the main train station, which is also the main bus station"

"Difficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says ”Mulan” and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set ”scenes” that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences."

"The location of this hotel was nice, we could walk and transit everywhere we wanted to go. The concept of the hotel was quite nice and different. The bathroom area is quite dark and could use some lighting, but besides that the room and bathroom seemed quite clean. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. There is some noise at night but I used earplugs and was fine. Overall had a nice stay at this hotel."

"I like the location of the hotel which is very well located with foods ,convenient shops, branding shops, boutique, toys shops and night market. Hotel only change the towel daily but no cleaning process. Other than this overall is very satisfied, no noise, cozy and the counter service is very good. They helped in calling taxi. Greeting whenever we back or out from the hotel. Will come back for next time."
