Having had a transportation problem, I asked the Hotel to use the shuttle to a nearby station. The person who accompanied me kindly wanted to go down with me to check the availability of trains/buses and, realizing a possible problem, did not hesitate to find another solution, accompanying me to another location and advising me on how to continue the trip. Faced with my request to know how much was due for this additional service, he absolutely did not want to be paid."
