I stay at this hotel every time I come to Los Angeles. It's very convenient to go anywhere along Route 69, and the restaurants nearby are also delicious. I will continue to stay here next time I go on a business trip and recommend it to my friends.

Environment: The room is spacious and very clean. Location: Very good. There are many restaurants that serve Chinese food without cooking. Suitable for family travel or parent-child travel. The boss is very enthusiastic. He recommended our local summer camp. It not only helps children to speak English, but also helps them experience the local culture. Most importantly, parents can go shopping and exercise during the day! The summer camp is really cost-effective! I don't want to leave. I will stay here next time! Living here has super high added value!

Great experience staying at the Pacific Palms Resort! The staff are all friendly and professional from the front desk to the restaurant servers, special kudos to Dante, Hector and Rogelio for their five star customer service, the facilities are clean and organized, my room had great view of the city skyline, the food at the restaurant was delicious 😋 I'm definitely coming back on my next visit to CA!

The front desk clerk seemed not friendly no smile on his face. The bed sheet was clean but the material was not cotton may be made of synthetic material. The room window roll up curtain couldn’t close find out at 10pm before sleep. Morning breakfast was really not that exciting, scrambled eggs add a lot of bread crumbs in it. The sausage had a lot of fat, good thing was fresh orange and Apple found on the table. I may not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I am very satisfied with this brand of chain store. I have stayed in different places. The price is moderate and the facilities are new and clean.

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. This hotel was great for our stay here in California. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day out whether around Los Angeles or a 17 hour day in Disneyland. The fridge was great bigger than we expected. We managed to store lots of bottled water and a few 2L bottles of juices with all our yoghurts etc for the mornings and during the day. Fridge is a great size for trips to Target which is across the street less than 5 min walk. Bathroom and other parts in the room we couldn’t fault had everything we needed for our stay to make it comfortable. As we left they were re decorating the halls, apart from all of this we wish there was stairs to each floor instead of just getting the lift up as we were in the 3rd floor room 355. Stairs would have been nice inside the blocks as there is only a fire exit stairwell to leave the hotel you cannot get to your room via stairs. Also great for parking a hire car as this hotel doesn’t charge for overnight parking too one of the reasons we chose this as our main location to go back and forth from saving us $350/$400 compared to competitor hotels around LA.

Overall, okay. You get what you pay for: a relatively clean but basic room. The AC was loud but functioned well. Wifi functioned but was slow/spotty when streaming. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide shampoo and soap.
