"This hotel is my top choice for business trips. The location is convenient, and the service is efficient. I'll definitely be back. The value for money is pretty good, the prices are reasonable, and the hygiene is satisfactory. It's walking distance to a food street, and close to my workplace with plenty of surrounding dining options. Taxis are also readily available. Even though this calendrical city is small, it has everything you need: supermarkets, shopping malls, and ethnic specialties. The front desk service is professional. I'll continue to book here next time. I recommend visiting the Two Countries Border, Mori Waterfall, Wanding, and Riverside Culture Park. For food, I also highly recommend Sa Pi Dai cuisine and Jingpo flavors."

"I stayed at Atour several years ago and had a so-so impression, so I never thought much of it before. This time, I thought I was just booking an ordinary chain hotel, but it exceeded my expectations, especially the laundry service. You just start washing, write down the order, and you can go for a stroll. When you come back, your clothes are already hanging on the doorknob. Heaven knows how many times I've had to stay awake while waiting for my laundry; this service is just too good for me."

The hot spring water is very good and it is very comfortable to soak. The room facilities are complete, especially the laundry detergent is provided. The towels are sealed in plastic bags, which is clean and hygienic. The room also provides tea sets. If there is only one inconvenience, it is that the clothesline in the bathroom is a bit high, and girls may not be able to reach it. "This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."
