The hotel is nasty and smells like dogs and cats. The receptionist was non leaneant and unhospitable and kept telling me that there is nothing she can do for me because i booked with a 3rd party (*******) and to communicate my concerns to *******.

When I arrived the room was very dirty, the curtains were stained, the floor was stained and the shower had mold and an unworkable shower head. I was able to get the room switched that night, the staff gave me free breakfast. The new room was okay but the hotel felt shady and unsafe at times. Just a warning this hotel is further from downtown and is attached to a hospital.

Good place to stay for 1-2 days, Construction is in the area so during the week I’m sure it’s noisy.

Nice place. Everything was clean and in order. Got a room with 2 queen beds for the night. Wish they didn't charge for parking. Not a lot of people were there when we went. Nice and quiet.

There was blood on the sofa bed mattress. Took a couple hours to get it changed out.

Room is aged and poorly lit, and air conditioning was too noisy. TV screen could not be turned off and glowed brightly all night. Won't go back.

The hotel was clean and was the location of our business event. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside, we had to drive outside of area to find a place to eat dinner.

Great hotel except for the parking spaces. Way too narrow. Can't park and get out of the car unless you are on the end. Just slightly larger than the car.

For some reason we were in a handicapped room which made me feel so uncomfortable because what of someone came that actually needed it. It was fine - nothing fancy at all. In need of an update. Tv didn’t work well, AC didn’t work well… but we slept and went on our way.
