環境和交通位置都不錯，有室內停車場，步行到古城也就20分鐘左右，斜對面就是加州議會大廈，站在我的房間窗口就可以看到議會大廈的圓頂，但是陽台門衹能打開一絲縫。酒店周圍餐館很多，但打烊比較早，可以在谷歌地圖上找吃的很方便。衞生方面，大家看圖片就一目瞭然了，我也是無意中發現的，頓時噁心不已，打電話到前台，前台派來客房服務員查看，我們説這是長年累月的污漬，不是一天兩天形成的，我們別無他意，衹是覺得不配五星級酒店的聲譽，最好請客房經理來看看，肯定也不是這一間的馬桶如此骯臟，但自始至終酒店方面沒有派人來查看，直到我們離開，也沒有任何歉意什麼的。洗臉池的水龍頭也是“細水長流”型，洗臉都覺得水不夠用。好吧不多説了，但願我不是白費口舌。

Great check in with friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming from the guy at check in to the service at the bar. Property was clean and located in a very convenient place to the Golden Center - shopping and restaurants.

Excellent service provided from start to end of stay. Was able to make a change to the room upon check in. Received support from Housekeeper in room that made the stay comfortable. Room amenities seemed up to date but bathroom had few patches on the ceiling. Bed were clean and comfortable. Would come back and like the location but valet is pricey.

Comfortable beds and pillows, but for $300/night I would expect the room to be cleaner. There were a half dozen pretzels, dust and a dirty napkin behind the TV console. Also, the steakhouse is overpriced for the bland food.

Hotel was very clean and we had a nice stay. There was a YMCA Convention at the hotel so there was about 400 kids roaming the halls and were everywhere but they were better than most kids with the noise levels. Weather wasn't great on this weekend and it took a toll on the hotel, came back from dinner and found a leak in ceiling, hotel staff quickly took care of it and everything was good after that. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a great place to campout for the weekend.

Very disappointed room 314 there was lots of noise on Friday and Saturday teens running around the halls and knocking on room doors..

We were on the 11th floor next to an “associate’s only” room that had loud noises coming from it late into the night and started back up early in the morning. We got in late from a show across the street and were too tired to ask to switch rooms, so we tried to sleep and left early.
