We booked this hotel for a couple of reasons. Breakfast availability, a pool and location to the town of Katoomba. Their website was very professionally done but unfortunately it is misleading and needs to be updated. They say there is breakfast available when there is not breakfast available or kitchen. The pool was not open because it was cloudy and a lime green colour. I own a pool and it is very easy to clear a pool by using testing *****s and adjusting the chemicals and shocking it. Pretty evident that the owners have no idea how to do that. Its says that there is no smoking out the rooms yet that were everyone smokes and the smell pours into the rooms. The room walls are paper thin and you can easily hear other people. Sorry but this place isn’t worth the money at $140 a night. Plenty of other options and airbnbs in the area. Good luck to the new owners I hope you listen to this review and make upgrades. The two staff I met were friendly and apologetic. Cheers
