This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The kind, attentive, helpful owner and staff made this stay so memorable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the rooms were spotless. And it's right on a stunning quiet beach that you can see from your balcony. If you are headed to Saipan, this is a fantastic place to call home.

Spacious, clean rooms with wonderful service. The location is perfect, right on the water with a beautiful view. Gated hotel so it’s very safe and secure.

This place is the ideal spot for a visit to Saipan. The owners make you feel like family. Be sure to call ahead to ask MJ (the owner) to set you up with a ride from the airport. The room was perfectly clean, and fully remodeled. MJ arranged a private island tour for me with the same cab driver he sent to pick me up from the airport at 2 a.m. I got a great tour from Muhammad for a very fair price. Breakfast is extra, but is a great value. Highly recommended.

If I could give this hotel a thousand stars I would! So very clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful outside sitting area and direct access to the sea. They will have our business every time we are in Saipan!

It was a whirlwind trip there. Staffs were generally kind and OK. But it was hard to find a place to eat in the neighborhood. Furthermore, I missed the chance to ask to clean the room, because I got up late due to late arrival.

Overall, very good stay. Hotel was quiet and we almost had it to ourselves. Located right next to park/water. Owner was very nice/attentive and allowed us to check-in early/check-out late since had availability. Clean rooms, good location. Felt very safe entire time with gates locked/cameras... kind of seemed like over kill. I'd highly recommend & would stay there again if another trip to Saipan.

Fantastic stay! The owner and his partner were super friendly and helpful. Anything you need, just ask and rest assured that they will do their very best to help you. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Just a few steps away from the hotel is the beach, with amazing sunset views. Would happily stay again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

When I first walked into the hotel, Irma greeted me with a smile and by name. She made me feel right at home from the initial checkin. The room was clean and tidy. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and all amenities for the bathroom. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in and I will stay at this hotel on every visit to Saipan from now on.
