"There was no one at the front desk, they took a long time to come even when I called, and although the room was very nice, they did some construction work on a nearby room in the middle of the night, so I couldn't sleep. It's a hotel, so I wish they would do that during the day."

"I had a great stay at the Kensington Hotel!! I liked that the room was so clean!! The soundproofing was so good that I had a great sleep at night!! I was very satisfied with the water pressure as an amenity!! Not to mention the view, all rooms have ocean views, so you can enjoy a beautiful view no matter which room you choose! The best of them all is the meal. Delicious food was prepared as a buffet, and the quality of all the food was very good!! Highly recommended!"

"We chose ocean view accommodation on the the upper floor and loved our choice. Room was simple but clean. We had a kitchen, washer & dryer. Limited cookware but we managed. AC worked just fine. Front desk staff were friendly. This hotel is located on the beach. The water was wonderful and clear. There is a mom and pop across the street which came in handy."

"I stayed at the Saipan Beach Hotel for 3 weeks on a recent work trip. The beach is on your doorstep and its close to shops and restaurants. It's very clean and secure, the bed was comfortable and there is excellent wifi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the owners were particularly caring and have thought of lots of little things to make the stay more comfortable. They were very welcoming and really made it a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to people on business or holiday."

I was so grateful that he used a translator on my way home. I told him I'd come back again, and his kind smile always lingers in my memory. I'm so satisfied with this place.👍👍"

When I asked for the missing amenities, they prepared them right away, and when I said I wanted to hang my laundry, they told me the right place to hang it. And the two cats that live in front of the door were cute😆"
