Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good

If you looking for a hotel to stay a night nearby Narita airport , you may consider this hotel because affordable price. The location a bit outskirt so hotel provide shuttle bus to airport, Aeon mall and also Narita JR station. Hotel room AC a bit low, so hv to open window to let the air in during autumn or winter.

A good hotel close to town but not too close. High level of quality from checkin staff, also the inhouse 7-11 staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but large. Bathrooms have a full Western sized bathroom. Room was quiet. Gym was well equipped but some items broken. I just feel the hotel needs better attention to detail and sone upgrades then it would perfect. Bus to airport was reliable, staff helpful, and in-bus announcements very clear.

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

Hotel rooms are clean. I stayed alone and the price was not too high. I stayed for 3 days and felt very satisfied, so it was close to the airport. Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️
