I booked 3 rooms in this hotel.. worst room service ever i seen in my life.. They charged nearly 7000 rupees per suite room...No brush and soaps in my room...Food service is too worst... If i order any food, i have to wait for upto 1 to 2 hrs...There is no staff to give service to customer... Only they give room to customer only...

Rooms were spacious and clean, a big balcony. Food options in breakfast are very limited. The food that we ordered from the property was also too oily. But the rooms are very good spacious, neat. Room service is good.

It was a good stay with respect to location and room. But they need to improve a lot with respect to room service and food. No proper wifi connection. No mobile network. Food tested very average and worth for the money.

Worst service, no proper food, no response, no network and no wifi. When we asked about it they were not responding and asked us to contact if there is any issue. Worst experience.

Pros - well organised spacious rooms with all basic amenities with good lightings and interiors, clean bed sheets, towels, bathrooms are also spacious. There are other amenities like swimming pool for adults and kids both. To our surprise there was bonfire with projector screening in the evening. Cons - the property is under renovation in some areas, so once it is completed this will be a 5 star property. The indoor games were placed but could be more maintained with some new introductions. The restaurant service was poor due to less staffs, but there was no compromise with the taste. Overall a good budget hotel cum resort for a family stay )

The room floor was not cleaned, tea maker does not work, had construction rubble outside the room, room service was terrible on the 2nd day of the stay. Shortage of staff was evident. Hotel is going through construction.
