"Disappointing stay, services not as promised. Checked into an unclean room with old bed linens, hair on the floor, only one towel and one mug despite booking for 2 people. Had to request replacements at reception. When asking about breakfast (included in booking), staff said it wouldn't be available. Kitchen was closed. Trip.com support was contacted, but first day had no breakfast at all. Second day, it came in a plastic box without tea or coffee (see photo). Out of all Vietnam hotels, this is the only one getting a bad review—services completely failed to match the listing."

"Terrible service: no welcome fruit even though we stayed in the most expensive villa category, no umbrellas provided on a rainy day, and no complimentary water delivered in the morning. Outdated and broken facilities that were unusable: the poolside rinse shower was broken, the pool lights didn't work, and the front entrance lobby was leaking."

"The room with a private pool and sea view was incredibly beautiful! Everything was clean, and we could also use the facilities of the main building. Everything was lovely, and the service was very good and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but we didn't enjoy the dinner much, so we preferred to eat out in town. The burger at the hotel restaurant wasn't very tasty, but the food in town was great. It was also the off-season, and almost nothing was going on. Maybe the food is better when it's busy. The massage at the spa was superb! We booked it again right away. There isn't really a beach, just a wall with stairs through the rocks, but it was also nice just to hear the sea. The transport from Hanoi airport takes a long time, but the value for money was really very good."
