Had a fantastic few days here, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment we had was very clean, bed comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were on hand to answer any questions we had. Great value for money.... We will be back will back. Thank you.

Received a very warm welcome from Steve & Carolyn. The apartments are perfect in every way, clean, spacious, you have everything you need, very quiet & peaceful for a morning lay-in (I loved listening to the pond water each day) & able to park! Location is perfect, a short walk to the beach & amenities. Ideal for the IOW festival too, the festival bus stopped right outside the apartments. Would love to return next year.

If you are looking for clean, comfortable and well equipped holiday accommodation on the Isle of Wight we can recommend Parterre apartments. Hosts live on site and don't bother you but nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very kind

Accommodation is like a home from home. Warm and inviting. I have never slept so well whilst away! Clean and tidy and everything you need for a holiday away with young children. Steve our host was brilliant and helped with the ferry booking and he was easy to get hold of and responded to all queries promptly. Location was perfect for getting into Sandown and a good location for travelling around the island. It was surprising quiet given how close everything is. We would recommend to friends and family and will definitely visit again. Thank you!

We can only comment on our room number 4. The room was very tired and we didn't like the carpets which were old patchy and sticky. Suggest changing them for wooden floors and rugs. The pull down bed was not that comfortable. The flow out of the shower was poor but water was hot.Everything listed in the room was there but would not say this was 4 star. However we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean apartment, friendly couple and very helpful, nice gift of a bottle of Proscco great location a short walk into town , bus services are great. Would definitely recommend, we had a very joyable stay

Great apartment situated within walking distance of Sandown beach and pier. Great for families would highly recommend and plan to stay next year

Stayed for 4 nights in this great apartment which is roomy and well equipped. Good communication from owners. Definitely recommended
