"This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in . This was our honeymoon and to say Sandra ,Roger and their team made it perfect from start to finish is an understatement . We were made to feel very special with beautiful roses and a card in our room on arrival . This is beautiful family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble for them . At breakfast Roger & Sandra made time to talk to everyone about their plans for the day , how their stay was going etc and also recommended some places to visit . Breakfast itself was absolutely fantastic and you can choose a time to suit you as to when you wanted it . Compliments to the chef indeed . The hotel itself is extremely clean with the rooms cleaned everyday to a very high standard . The garden area itself caters for everyone’s needs including children with a playroom holding loads of different toys and games . There are plenty of leaflets to choose from on places to visit and as I said Sandra &Roger could always recommend places to visit and to eat at . Unfortunately the bar was not open as they were just finishing off some renovations but the area itself again extremely clean and beautifully decorated. This hotel really is worth its weight in gold and we can highly recommend it . We will be returning next year on our first wedding anniversary and we couldn’t think of a better place to spend it . From the bottom of our hearts we truly thank Sandra , Roger and the whole team for a wonderful stay"

"Everything was fine, had help booking in the parking, by the reception staff only to recieve 3 parking fines a few weeks later, we appealed but was told lack if evidence and ended up paying, a disgraceful company. Why when we live in Derbyshire would we park in your car park if we wasn't stooping in your hotel. Won't be done again will be taking photo's"

"Somewhat unexpectedly, the flowers at the entrance were very beautiful. I would still recommend coming to experience it; it has a very old-fashioned feel. The service was quite good, but the room facilities were a bit dated."

"Enjoyed a lovely break at Trouville Hotel , all staff exceptional , efficient and friendly service ,the whole hotel is run like clockwork.Chef excellent , table service excellent bar staff and entertainment professional and enjoyable. Wonderful sea views from most rooms, the buildings a little run down around it but they have been sold so sure they will be changing very soon. Week done to all"

"This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in , the place was filthy, dead flies on the windowsills, dirty windowss, mouldy walls the pillows were very thin and the bedding didn’t match , the place smelt unclean as soon as we walked in , the breakfast was awful with anemic looking sausages, we asked for a glass of orange juice to be told that was for children not adults, the cereals were two large bowls one with cornflakes with a small plastic bowl to use to fill your bowl , the weetabix had no utensil so you had to use your hands to get them , my advise is avoid at all cost !"
