No, the pillows aren't the fluffy! This was not even a trip made as I had canceled. Though the hotel is really unprofessional with refunding my money. It's been two weeks. They refuse to give me there bosses number. The manager refuses to take my calls either after countless of convos and messages. I see this as unprofessional. I would not recommend any person to spend there money on such accommodation. Really , really disappointed and dissatifying.

This is a Very nice hotel find! The Rooms were excellent and have a modern flair, service was outstanding! Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very safe and very conveniently located near Motecasino. A++ overall experience..Montcasino offers so many nice shops, restaurants and it is absolute stunning!

The Hotel is in a such prime location. Upon entering, the hotel smells fresh and clean. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The staff services is prompt. The breakfasf is on a whole new level, with excellent dinner. Definitely recommended

Awful room in the middle of a passage. They initially wanted to give me a smokers room which stank. Terrible stay and not recommended.

There is no way that the 5 Star reviewers are genuine. Spending the night in a dry-walled warehouse is hardly luxury! Dirty and dingy. You can hear what's happening in every room! Ill be checking the cancellation policy tomorrow and getting out of here. This is a dive. Avoid!

Stay was lovely. The only downfall is the noise from the roads and the gate to get into the hotel.
Between those 2 it made it really difficult to get some proper sleep. If I can suggest that windows are double glazed to try and cancel out some of the noise.
Also, the room was only made up on arrival. The following day, no one came in to make up the room.
The coffee satchets in the room are Ricoffee and lets be honest. No one drinks that. Try to put better coffee sachet in the room. (Circo, Nescafe, etc...)

Excellent service, great staff❤️❤️ We enjoyed our stay The food was excellent, bedrooms were clean, housekeeping staff did a fantastic job The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming I would definitely come back

That was such a good place to be at. The food was good. The services were spectacular, if i could rate it more than 5* i would because the staff there is very friendly, I wish i discovered this place sooner!!
