Family of four stayed in a lateral room with ocean view. Hotel staff including front desk, dining, and cleaning are kind, attentive, and helpful. No problems with room or service. Coffee maker, compact refrigerator, dishes/utensils, and small dining table/bar in the room. Comfortable beds (kids slept on sofa beds w/bedding provided). Indoor pool is small but clean. Outdoor pool is refreshing with lots of seating. Beach access is just beyond the deck through a secure door with multiple showers available to rinse off sand before re-entering. Towels available poolside for a deposit. At the beach, chairs can be rented under umbrellas for a nominal fee (unaffiliated with hotel). Half board dining service was pleasant and food was plentiful and good quality. Drinks available for purchase at dinner. Entertainment offered in the evening. We stayed for the Flamenco show, which didn't disappoint! Unsecured wifi access provided. The hotel is visibly dated and could use a touch of modernization. During a short stay, we stayed close to the hotel for beach access, and we took a snorkeling excursion, which offered lasting memories!

Stayed here with 2 other adults for 1 week in September 2024. Hotel situated in quieter part of Cala Millor .hotel reception bright and spacious . Check in was smooth staff very helpful . We opted to upgrade from 2 bed to 2 bed apt for 45 euro extra per night. We were in room 519 which was very spacious. From the balcony we had a good view of pool and of course the sea and could watch the sun rise every morning . Both bedroom of good size with plenty of hanging / storage space ( more than enough hangers for the three of us . Kitchen was adequate but no cupboard space to but any shopping in so just had to leave it out . Bathroom nice and spacious . In all everything was clean . Shower would start hot but then it would suddenly go cold and back to hot again. We booked b&b but on out first night we decided we’d pay to eat in restaurant paid 29 euros each which was not really value for money . Hot food was lukewarm warm so not really enjoyable . Breakfast - good selection of breads pastries meats cheese cereal and fruit . But again hot food bacon eggs beans were always lukewarm so we often used microwave to reheat . There is a spar about 100 meters from hotel But was a bit on the expensive side so use the independent shop just accros the road . Entertainment seemed to be more for the kids really . It’s a nice hotel but we would prefer to stay in a slightly different location

This is a great hotel in many ways. Location is quiet and a short walk along the promenade/beach takes you to shops, bars etc. The lovely Sandy beach is very close and at night you can hear the waves as you sit on your balcony. Food is excellent with lovely dishes and great choice. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and it was great having a kitchen and living area as well as large bedroom. The hotel is really clean and everything is a high standard. The only thing to be aware, and it isn’t a criticism, is that this is hotel that attracts families.Entertainment was centred on the children and there are a lot of children around. I don’t feel jet 2 made that really clear and while we didn’t mind the number of children other people may not feel the same. Would recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

The hotel over all is a bit old, but all the facility is fine and for us, it provides everything we needed for this 1-week holiday is a child. The best thing was the staffs, they go to great length to make you feel welcomed and make sure your stay was a pleasure.

Great location for the Hotel, excellent reception and cleaning staff. Pool was a little small and saltwater which took quite a few people by surprise but wasn’t a problem, it also got dirty after a storm as the mud around the pool area washed into the pool but not the hotels fault. Also no sunbed wars here in the morning as pool doesn’t open till 10am but did notice people placing towels on the beds and going to the beach for a few hours before returning in the afternoon Rooms a tad dated and the kitchen area is dark, bathroom was a nice and big though in the 2 bedroom apartment. Tv in the room only had German channels. Not much in the way of entertainment unlike the sister hotel next door and needs something like a tv in the bar area during bad weather or the evening to keep people interested.

Ideal location right on the beach and also conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Clean room and pool area. Wi-Fi, worked well throughout the hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. A good choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Great hotel, perfect for our family. Right on the beach with small but lovely swimming pool and plenty of sun beds. Located on the edge of Cala Millor, but only 5 mins walk to hit the main restaurants and shops. Great location and also easy to walk towards Sa Coma. We did Self Catering as plenty of restaurant choice in Cala Millor. Very clean hotel and friendly. Will be returning!

We have just returned from a week staying at this hotel and had a lovely family holiday. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and a great view of the pool and sea. Great location at the quieter end of Cala Millor, though walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. I think the food could be a bit better. We stayed self catering but paid for breakfast for a couple of mornings and weren’t hugely impressed, but it didn’t bother us too much and the stay overall was lovely.

We lived here for a week. Great room service, friendly staff, easy access to beach and communication and high street.
