Villa Garden

The resort owner is Greek guy who do not speak English,but very nice guy. The staff from Pakistan is help the owner clean and communicate with the guests. The pool is look old,no one inside during our stay. Triple room have balcony can see the ocean and sunrise. At night we can here the live band from another hotel. Budget place to stay, but need to spend more time to maintaince. Hotel charge Euro $35 transfer to new port,it take approximately 25 mins. Hotel is a bit away from Fira Town, 15-20mins uphill to Fira,walk down take the same. Restaurant and convenience store nearby. Do not expect this hotel will offer any tour and travel information.

I'm not used to leave negative reviews, but I can't help myself this time. I stayed at Villa Garden for a few days with my husband, the room was completely different from the ones you see on the website. The building itself is not too bad. We had a terrible experience. My husband forgot his smartwatch and we only noticed a few hours after leaving that place. I proceeded to call them to let them know, no response. I sent a couple of emails, nothing. I finally got in touch with someone that used to work there, they still had his number as it was the manager or something, he tried his best to let us have our item back. Moral of the story: the owner, never answered the phone, he got to keep the watch and pretended he knew nothing about it. The staff was nice after all.

Very disappointing condition of the rooms. Maybe nice once upon a time but no maintenance whatsoever. Very humid and smelly, spider nets all over the place, stained bedsheets, no wardrobe or even one hanger in the bathroom for the towels, an abandoned, dirty jacuzzi at the patio, covered in dirt. Not the kind of room you expect for 100 euros a night, even if everything is overpriced in Santorini .

Terrible

Horrível, nem recepção tem. Tem uma porta sempre fechada com um telefone e os dados do WiFi. A TV não funciona, o ar condicionado será o próximo aparelho que deixará de funcionar. Me sentindo enganada pela agência . Fugam desse lugar! Limpeza precária, papel higênico limitado. Pessoal despreparado, que falam um "inglês" resumido. Minha visão é que esse local, não deveria acomodar ninguém e ser excluído das plataformas digitais.

Od pierwszego momentu wejścia do mini pokoju w którym był starszy Grek przy biurku palący papierosy, od razu wiedzieliśmy że coś będzie nie tak. Mężczyzna dał mi kartkę papieru na której miał zapisane nazwiska gości przyjeżdżających i miałam znaleźć swoje, po czym wstał i powiedział No to tyle idziemy na dół do pokoju, do którego szedł z papierosem który wchodząc do pokoju tez palił i wydychal dym mówiąc do nas. Szczury biegają na zewnątrz. Internet nie działa w dolnych pokojach wgl nie ma zasięgu. Telewizja nie działa, z 4 gniazdek tylko jedne działa reszta ledwo się ściany trzyma. Co gorsze na cały nasz pobyt 4 dniowy, przez pierwsze 2 dni nie było w ogóle cieplej wody. W umywalce jedna gałka działa. Po zwróceniu uwagi co do wody to coś poprawili tak wiec w ostatnim dniu mogliśmy się normalnie umyć. Nikt nie przychodzi do pokoju aby posprzątać wymienić ręczniki. Jacuzzi na zewnątrz brudne pełne liści z drzew całkowicie bez wody. Z samego rana wyjazdu wyszliśmy z pokoju drzwi do tzw „recepcji/pokoju” były oczywiście zamknięte. Tak wiec klucze zostawiliśmy w drzwiach od pokoju. Wychodząc jeden Grek wyszedł zza villi i się pyta jak pobyt. Jak mu powiedziałam ze niezbyt i z woda problemy to zaczął się tłumaczyć ze to cała wyspa ma problemy( co jest nie prawda,ponieważ moja rodzina mieszka na wyspie już wiele lat). Lokalizacja jest świetna bo dosłownie jest 10min do centrum uliczka na przeciwko villi. Szczerze nie polecam, jak na pobyt w czerwcu w środku sezonu to tragedia.
