It’s a short 5 mins walk to the centre with many restaurants, shops & supermarkets. The staff is warm & helpful. Sharing with us his favourite restaurants. The room is clean, big & very comfortable. We have a nice sea view from our room."

"The room is clean and hygienic, with unparalleled sea view. The restaurant is in a great location to watch the sunset. I don’t know if there are more flies on outdoor balconies due to the season. The hotel housekeeper Niko was very considerate and patiently introduced the situation of the Holy Island and the hotel in detail. On the day of check-out, we couldn't get a car when we went back to FIRA town to return to the hotel. We were about to miss our flight. After calling Niko, he personally drove us to the hotel. After taking our luggage, he took us to the airport and he didn't charge us any fees. Niko's warm and thoughtful service impressed me deeply, it's appreciated very much!"

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm hospitality really made a difference throughout our visit. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good selection of local and international options. The hotel’s location was also excellent, providing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Overall, the Andromeda Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers great value, excellent service, and a genuine Greek hospitality experience. "The hotel is very close to the main street, allowing for easy parking. There's a convenience store just down the road, and there's also a nice swimming pool. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived a little early on the day of check-in, and was even offered a free early check-in. It was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also offers a luxury car service, which is cheaper than a regular taxi. Overall, this was the best service I had during my three days in Santorini. From the pool view, I could watch the sunrise from my room."

A very large suite with a shower for the parents and a shower for the children. 3 TVs with Netflix; WIFI that works perfectly. Monolithos Beach nearby, accessible on foot, good restaurants nearby. A special mention to our host Elona who was great during our stay. She was very welcoming, attentive, she gave us great advice on activities to do in Santorini. She recommended an affordable restaurant to admire the sunset. She offered us a catamaran to visit the volcano and the hot springs and even found us a hairdresser for the children. "An unpleasant hotel experience. From the very beginning, it was unclear where to go. Some cleaning man stood there, told us to wait, then ran off somewhere. We waited for 15 minutes, then returned with bags of trash and simply said, "Well, take the elevator." We barely found the reception area. There was a rag on the floor at the entrance, soaking up a rain leak. The receptionists were unpleasant, asking for a card number to "pay for the bar," even though we weren't planning on using the bar. We booked a room "with a pool," but there was no pool. And the shared pools that were available were freezing. There was no care for the guests, and there was no heating. People were lying next to each other on sun loungers, just looking at the pool with disappointment. The hotel's grounds were littered with wood and construction debris, which was also unpleasant to see. Too many employees constantly saying "Hello Hello," which was annoying. We previously stayed at another hotel in Fira, which was much nicer, more fun, and surprisingly cheaper. I do not recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here for 9 days. It’s located in a more quite place of Santorini, what we liked so not a lot of tourists as in Oia or Fira therefore it’s not really loud, so perfect to relax. Would recommend renting a car. The room was spectacular, as it was on the photos. Everything is very clean & we could chose when we wanted the room service. Service is perfekt, especially the receptionist is so nice and lovely. She explained us a lot of things about Santorini, places we should visit & food recommendations. She was responsible 24/7 on Whatsapp, whenever we needed help. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!!"
