Amazing hotel to stay in Santorini!!! Firstly, the staff was very welcoming and helpful! Dimitri helped during our stay, and gave us many helpful tips and suggestions for our stay! He was always there for anything we wanted! The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and nice decorated. The pool and the yard were great! The perfect spot to relax and have your coffee . Great stay!!!! We will definitely come again!!! Thank you for a great stay!

This establishment has by far been the best place I have visited not only on this trip but in general. The staff were amazing! So kind and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and affordable. The pool was lovely and the location was only a 20 minute walk from Fira. We only stayed a night but they were so lovely we wished we could stay longer.

From pick up at the airport to arriving at reception with a simple quick check in. The small team are always smiling, happy and helpful too. Location wise, it’s a 5 min walk from the Karterados bus stop to take you most places on the island. Only a 20’ish min walk from Fira. Which is perfect if you don’t want to be in the madness of a town like Fira or Oia. No catering but quite a few local restaurants and an amazing 24hr bakery nearby too. We combined an active trip with lots of sightseeing but also chilled out around that wonderful pool. I’d recommend this property to my friends and family.

Excellent service from Anastasia ,she was so polite helpful from our arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble, the rooms are exceptionally clean,well equipped, beautiful pool and very private unlike the hillside expensive properties in Fira and Oia.

Stayed here with a friend in June and had a wonderful week. The hotel was spotless clean and and had great in-room facilities. The bus stop was a few minutes walk from the hotel with busses which easily takes you all around the island and Fira town is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The pool was nice and quiet, as was the complex itself, which was nice to come back to after a late night out. The staff were very helpful with directions and advising on places to go. Overall a lovely spot, very close to the airport and we would have no issue with staying in again next time we're in Santorini.

OMG. What a find. I don’t believe I have ever had the opportunity to stay at a hotel where the owners and staff truly put their guests at the heart of everything they do. Our friends booked a trip to Santorini and booked this hotel as they had stayed before. They asked us to join us and simply based on their reviews we booked the trip. 4 then became 6 and then 8 and then we were a party of 9 making this trip. Throughout this process Vivi could not have made it easier. On arrival we were met by Stavi. Again, Stavi could not have been more helpful and welcoming. It was honestly like we were home. They have a sign up saying enter like guests, leave as friends. Never more true. Stavi made sure our every request was met, guiding us for buses, organising taxis, and making sure we had everything we needed. When we ordered breakfast for one (as it’s huge) she even made sure she brought us 2 coffees. Our rooms were fabulous. Roomy, Air conditioned and all had a balcony. The maid did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms to an immaculate standard daily. There was always room at the pool and around the seating area which was beautifully shaded by a canopy of trees. We were always able to contact the hotel to request a taxi back there after days out and were always welcomed back after each trip out. Dimitris was always so helpful too, organising a late check out and ensuring we were all looked after daily. The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the island with local bus stops less than a 10 min walk away. Here you can get regular buses to Fira, the beaches of Perissa and Kamari as well as the airport (although the hotel does organise extremely reasonable transfers). The buses are only €1.60. A bargain. A 5 min bus journey into Fira allows you to get a bus to anywhere else on the island, including Oia. There is a supermarket a few mins walk away, as well as superb bars and restaurants. Honestly if you are looking for the Greek experience, look no further. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time here, everything was perfect, spotless clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful. They offered us transfer from the airport and also to the port, helped us with renting a scooter and also with dinner reservations. There is a bus station 5 minutes away, so it’s perfect for exploring the island

We cannot recommend this property more highly! Great location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, easy to get around the island (especially with the help of the staff to rent a scooter), lovely room, delicious food, and fun pool. We had a great experience and hope to be back one day.

Lovely family run pension in small village of Karterados. A quiet spot within 15 minutes walk of the busier resort of Fira. The property is clean and well looked after. The owners and staff are so kind and thoughtful and we had a very pleasant stay there. If you need anything then you only have to ask and it’s service with a smile. Would recommend to family and friends.
