酒店員工早早候在酒店門口幫我們拿行李，前台marina態度非常友好，幫我們在地圖上指明各景點的路線和用時，早餐有多種選擇，非常美味，房間乾淨整潔，還有一個露台，酒店的景色也絕美。酒店對面就有公交車站可以去菲拉小鎮，步行3-5分鐘就有藍頂可以拍照打卡，酒店也可以看落日，但我們是去伊亞最佳落日點看的，看完落日走路到酒店都是美景，酒店附近還有餐廳和超市，非常方便。最最值得誇獎的是酒店員工素質極高，我在13日早上離開酒店時，護照和歐元錢包都遺落在房間裏，那裡的員工看見一路小跑把護照和錢包送到我車上。真是太感激了，當時也來不及詢問員工名字，有點遺憾，不過我以後還會再去，總之，極力推薦給大家。

We spent three incredible nights in this phenomenal hotel! We were blown away from the start when Matina began what turned out to be the most impressive display of customer service we have ever experienced! She led us to our perfectly appointed yet traditional Greek decorated two bedroom villa. Unlike most places in Europe three bathrooms were spacious and the air conditioning freezing! The kitchenette was and added bonus. However, the huge private balcony overlooking heaven on earth (Oia) put it over the top. Matina introduced us to the poolside bartender Andreas who also delivered impeccable secure each day as we chilled by the pool following our daily activities. Each day, a fabulous and huge breakfast was delivered to our patio where we enjoyed the view while savoring the food. By far though was the ever present to help us with whatever we needed Matina. Dinner reservations, excursion reservations, towels for the beach, bagged breakfast for our early morning journey the day we left, finally coming in early to wish us goodbye and safe travel! The accommodation alone would make us consider a return. The service guarantees we will be back!

This is the 5th time at Nkos Villas, and as always a fantastic experience. Super clean, friendly staff, the best location, the amazing view, and the best brekfast and salat in town. Nice apartments, the beds are great. Nice pool-area. Please stay for a few days to feel the atmosphare..

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Niko went above and beyond as the owner and we were so glad to have stayed in this little gem with a beautiful view of the sunset without having to fight the crowds.

WOW, Nikos Villas might not be the most modern or poshest Hotel in Santorini, but it was authentic and their staff has been absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and just lovely. The view of our room was amazing and breakfast very tasty.

My wife and I decided to spend a few days in Greece after our cruise ended. By chance, we booked our stay at Niko's Villas and Suites. What a find, almost as good as finding buried treasure! The staff is so friendly and accommodating that you feel that you are with family, not in a hotel. Dimitris, Matina, Fo and the rest of the staff are the best. The rooms are mainly on the smaller side; but who cares, we weren't there to stay in our room. The location is perfect. It is just a short walk into the main area of Oia, which is great. It means that you don't have to deal with the daytripper cruisers that flood the streets during the heat of the day. The views of the caldera are spectacular, and you can watch the sunset from the terrace or you patio sipping a great drink made by Fo. It is a beautiful and easy roundtrip walk to Fira if you choose. If you want to do something, you just have to ask at the front desk and they will arrange it. For eating, there are 50 or more restaurants and tavernas within a 10 minute walk. We are already planning to go back next year and hopefully beyond!

Charming studio apartment and helpful reception staff. Recommend breakfast order to your place where fantastic food enjoyed relaxing in their robe on the front patio overlooking the ocean* Wish I could have stayed there a month!

If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. The staff were so accommodating to everything we asked about. They went above and beyond in every way. The breakfasts were excellent, I highly recommend adding the breakfast option to your room. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!
