酒店房間優美，有暖水池可以直望愛琴海和火山口，酒店職員態度十分友善，甚至幫我們提行李😄，早餐也很好吃，十分推薦！

バス亭・タクシー乗り場・送迎車の終点から坂道下り坂で遠い複雑。奥様は迷子になる。
ホテルポータ任せしか無い。
テラスからは大型客船が見え、その立ち寄り客用のロバが闊歩するのが見える。
朝食、
ルームサービス標準であり、坂上にある姉妹レストランからテラスまで準備してくれた。
朝食内容は普通。
高額なので１泊であったが２泊は必要。入る余裕がなく、時間配分を失敗。
受付は１８：００で終了。問い合わせに不便。
部屋は洞窟なので窓がなく、除湿器が夜中に満タンで切れた。湿っぽいのかのも。
部屋のキーはアナログの３回まわしの一回戻し。事前説明がなく難儀した。

The staff makes it the best. The view is fantastic, the hot tub clean and very romantic to be in after a day walking around or dancing at the bars. But the staff is really exceptional. The maid is the most meticulous keeping the place clean of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Yassas!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and met us from the taxi rank. The views are stunning, the hot-tub is a pleasant bonus after a day climbing the hills around Fira, and the breakfasts delivered to the room from the restaurant upstairs are excellent. There's also a 20% discount in the restaurant. The bed was very wide and firm which made for a fantastic night's sleep, The only downsides we thought were the noisy fridge and a lack of hooks to hang coats and damp towels. I personally don't like hanging things over the toilet. As with most of Santorini there are a lot of steps to the room. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent in this smaller accommodation (5) suites. Very helpful in bringing baggage to the room as Fira is very steep. In addition the breakfast being se3to the room, the restaurant had some wonderful food at reasonable prices. We were treated very well and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Spectacular staff, fantastic room with hot tub and amazing views made this a trip of a lifetime. Any request we had was handled immediately. The daily breakfast brought to our patio was always delicious and a nice treat. We hope to return! The restaurant below was also very good with amazing views.

Just returned from 1 week at the Fanari Vista Suites travelling from Scotland. This accommodation is absolutely amazing cannot recommend it enough. Stavroula in reception was great at helping organise our trips and transport etc and also organised a surprise birthday meal for me which was absolutely perfect. But the star of the show is most definitely Dimos, from the first time we met him when he was carrying our luggage to the suites to the last time was always first class customer service. Dimos could not be more helpful, breakfast was outstanding we looked forward to it every day. Thanks you for making our holiday so special. We hope to return :)

I had missed the fact that the hotel is in a walking zone only area and that the hotel was on the face of a cliff. So from Pick up at the shuttle drop off till the return pick up, the service from Fanari was superb! The suite room with jacuzzi was awesome. It was actually a cave room that was modernized Greek style. An over all great place to be in the central town. walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend this place. Plus dining in the Fanari restaurant was made more affordable with a 20% off for guests staying with them. Food of course was great too.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing view. Spacious accommodations. Comfortable bed. Wonderful patio with jacuzzi. Located in heart of Fira but tucked below the Fanaris restaurant, a quiet oasis. But, the main reason to stay is Dimos, who attended to our every need and made it fun. It is true that reception closes at 6 pm, but Dimos seems to be there 24/7, just up the steps in the restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
