The alley leading to the hotel is either up or down the slope, so the hotel should let the guests know there is porter service to carry the bags to the reception.
We booked a taxi service at the reception to go the port but not sure why the taxi driver put us near and made us walked with our 3 luggages to the port which is about 5 mins aways.
if the destination is the port, we should be drop at the port and not near the port. The taxi driver is forever rushing for time and i think it is a bad experience, Nano Suite pls do not book this taxi driver for your guests.. The people or the companies that you work with reflects on your image. thank you.
Other than that, all was good and fine for us.

The breakfast was delicious. We had a great time in a place with a nice view. The staff were very nice and helpful. The nearby restaurants were also great.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und wollen uns hier nochmal dafür bedanken.
Haben 3 Nächte in der Superior Cave Suit verbracht.
Es war eine tolle Zeit dort, das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr angesprochen.
Eine Sache die wir nicht so gut fanden ist die Temperatur des Pools. Trotz den Angezeigten fast 28-30 Grad war es für uns unangenehm Kalt. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt alles in allem super.

非常好！會有熱情的行李員幫忙搬箱子，房間也很大，還有一個泳池。早餐也非常的好吃。早餐會給你一個單子，你自己選想吃的，東西特別豐富。

平靚正，酒店環境已經是景點，我的房間5號有細的泳池，可以同阿女玩水很好，床架係石屎，非常穩固，床褥軟硬適中，好好瞓。
酒店包早餐，好好味款式多又新鮮，超值。

The place was fantastic, and the owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are homemade, rich and genuine.

The stay was overall amazing and worth for the money we paid. Excellent service from Ali and Meggy the receptionist. Have to mention about the breakfast. It was exceptional. We loved everything about it. And also special mention about the jacuzzi... It was wonderful.
