We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, the location was great and the views are spectacular. The hotel has a great pool as well, which we unfortunately didn't get to use due to a packed schedule. We stayed in a Caldera Panorama room, which has a great balcony and hot tub. The hot tub could have been a bit cleaner, and one of the parts also came off on its own, but overall it was nice to have. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was spacious. It was clean overall, although the floors could have been cleaner/swept more when we arrived (note: I didn't have time to call the front desk about this, otherwise I'm sure they would have addressed it immediately). The true standouts for our stay were: i) the service/staff and ii) the hotel breakfast. The staff was SO helpful leading up to our stay, and were very responsive to all of my questions/offered great recommendations. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Not only did they have a buffet, but they also offered a variety of egg dishes that were spectacular. And their freddo cappuccino was one of the best I had in Greece. Not to mention the breathtaking view while eating. Highly recommend staying here!

I am amazed with this hotel!!!!! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels all around the world, but this hotel is so special. Beautiful rooms, sceneries , amazing service , quality food and great location. The receptionist Eleni is just wonderful! I still have another day to stay here and I wish I booked more days. Will be back for sure!

Just returning from a 5 day stay at this wonderful piece of paradise . Fabulous location in a less busy part of santorini. Only a small hotel (17 rooms) but so well run with amazing staff. Headed by manager Marianthi , everyone was so helpful and welcoming . I would recommend a Caldera view if funds allow . Breakfast lovely and great margaritas!! Lots of great restaurants nearby within 10 mins walk but Fira and Oia only a short distance . Thank you all at Aeifos hotel

Excellent hotel. Beautiful views. However, pool is right on top of busy walkway and offers no privacy from people walking along. Some people even reach over and dip hands in the pool! Aside from that issue, nothing but 5 stars.

Hotel was lovely and view is beautiful. The staff were all brilliant, polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t fault the hotel and had a great stay. Felt worth while getting the caldera view room.

The staff really made the stay more enjoyable. They were extremely friendly and attentive. They made sure to check on us daily and assisted us with transportation as well as providing us with information of the best places

The staff were incredibly attentive and could not do enough for us and our young daughter. They were very accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and has amazing views. One of the biggest highlights was the quality of food which was exceptional (including at the fine dining restaurant!). We will be coming back and staying here again’
